Uncomfortable and horrible staff attention

The location wasn’t that bad because it was near a metro station I suppose

Firstly, the staff were kind of rude. When we asked anything it looked like they were annoyed each time we asked, secondly it’s dirty. We arrived at 9am so we couldn’t check in and the only place we could leave our belongings were in this dirty place. And also, I lost my sweater and called the receptionist so he could check or anything and keep it for me because we were going to check in again the next day and he didn’t at all and I ended up not finding my sweater.

The best option if you are as cheap as me.

The staff cleans the rooms everyday (quite throughly, they also changed the sheets). The subway station (M1) is 3 minutes from the property. Very kind and helpful staff.

No assigned lockers. You need your own padlock to actually feel your belongings are safe. Because of the everyday cleaning, if you leave your stuff on the bed, you might have a trouble finding it (however this hide and seek might be a fun activity, if you look on it from the bright side).

I arrived there he told me you booked the wrong dormitory (female) and you should have chosen mixed which costs 22 euro more. I told him i cant afford that can you please accept my free cancellation he told me yes i will. HE DID NOT. I consider this a theft because he told me in person he will accept my request otherwise i would have paid the damn 22 euros and stayed.

Waste of money

I booked this place through Booking.com, but when I arrived, it was completely different from what was shown online. The location was very bad and did not feel safe. This is not really a proper hotel or hostel — it looked more like a public place. The room was in terrible condition, the bedsheets were dirty, and overall the place was not clean or comfortable at all. I felt misled by the photos and description. Definitely not worth the price, and I would not recommend it.

My expefience

The administration charged me extra money. They told me that the room was for maculin only. When I arrives to the room there was a man and woman couple sleeping together there. I went to ask for my money back and they told me did you read the contract we don't do refunds. They lied to me saying they did me a favor by giving me a room. Also that i have to be grateful that i have a bed for the night. They treated me very bad.

It was absolutely disgusting. Was the grossest place I’ve ever stayed and I have stayed in Guatemala. At hotels that were like a couple dollars.

It was so nasty. It was like it never got cleaned the bathroom always smelled like poop dust dirt everywhere someone smokes cigarettes into my window all night. I think I had bedbugs or something. It was so nasty. I’m genuinely traumatized. This should receive zero stars out of 10 unfortunately I can only give it one star but if I could give it zero, I would give it zero and I’m someone who never rates anything

Michaels Milan Hostel Stay

I stayed here for a few nights during the Monza GP, and I enjoyed the entire stay. There were many people there for the race as well, so it was a beautiful experience to sit and talk to these people, some from places further than I came from (Canada) As a child growing up, I always dreamed of backpacking through Europe and staying at hostels and enjoying the local culture, and to be honest, this place met those expectations I had all those years ago. This place is the real deal, unpretentious location to stay at, and a safe place to lay your head down for the evening after a long and tiring day. And let's face it, if you wanted luxurious 5 star hotel experiences, you could have just stayed at home in your own country and booked the Hilton. I'm here to explore all aspects of the culture and travel, not glam it up like a princess.

To be honest, my experience was pleasant throughout, and the ONLY thing I didn't like or would have something to say about was that the back patio area didn't have an umbrella over the tables lol. That's about it, and that's not even a complaint. I just like sitting outside, and this Italian sun gets quite hot sometimes. So all in all I liked my stay and liked my experience here. But maybe my one princess complaint was that I didn't have an umbrella during the afternoon heatwave.

My first visit to Italy and Milan was its starting point. Staying at this hostel made the beginning of my trip really pleasant. Everything was super comfortable, I’d give it 10/10. The room had good ventilation and lighting. Hot water also! The location is great: about 5 minutes from the metro station, and lots of little cafes and stores around. The hostel offers drinking water and a kitchen, and you can leave your luggage for free if you're heading out after check-out) Huge thanks to the kind receptionist who waited for us after hours))) a big thank-you to the receptionist who kindly waited for me and my friend for a late check-in) I totally recommend this hostel, and will stay here again next time I’m in Milan

The mattress was comfy

The room was not like on the pictures, we could that they did not clean the bathroom. The room was small and also had 4 beds in it. We couldn’t lock the door so it wasn’t really safe.

They sorted out our problem in the end. Had good WiFi.

Dirty. Very far from the centre. BED BUGS. When we asked if the grey cover, that acted as a duvet, ever got washed, he responded with a very long pause, and the response “I don’t know”. In other words, it’s a no. Never experienced bed bugs before, but was 100% them, and at first the staff were reluctant to move us rooms, however, they did in the end. I wouldn’t say don’t go because of the bed bugs, as I’m sure the problem will be sorted, however I just wanted to let people know about our experience.

Worst stay so far for a hostel.

Easy to find. Just a few blocks away from a Metro station.

Dust every corner. I wasn’t able to sleep properly because I have allergy from dust. The Toilet doesn’t have proper ventilation. Zero effort to make the place clean and presentable. Aircon is not working. They said it was broken and will be fixed the next day but when we followed up they said they didn’t have it fixed because the weather is getting cold again. We booked a room with 4 Beds. But we were placed in a room with 6 beds. The room door can’t be locked from the inside. The outlet/socket are not fixed properly on the wall. There’s no locker inside the room. The shower curtain looks like it wasn’t replaced or washed for some time.

Absolutely the Worst Hostel Experience of My Life

Nothing, everything was just trash

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The staff treated guests like garbage—rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. From the moment I arrived, they acted like we were a burden rather than paying customers. No sense of hospitality whatsoever. The room was filthy, the common areas were neglected, and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms—disgusting is an understatement. It felt more like a prison than a hostel. What really ruined it was the attitude of the people running the place. They spoke down to guests, ignored requests, and acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. It’s honestly shocking that a place like this is still in business. Avoid this place at all costs. I would never recommend this hostel to anyone—not even for a single night. Total waste of money and energy.

Terrible and dirty

The location of the place was good but nothing else.

We stayed in this hostel for five nights. Customer service is very poor. The staff moved our luggage without asking us from one room to another we found out that they want us to sleep in another room (nobody told us this before...) Some of our stuff was not packed and when they collected it they put someone else's things into a plastic bag with ours (I got someone else's dirty panties...) The kitchen (especially the microwave) and the bathroom were dirty as hell I felt absolutely disgusted. We were promised a fridge that we could use to keep our food cold but they unpluged it every evening. You cannot see it on the pictures but the blankets were dirty too. Besides all of that, we stayed in this hostel during the winter and it was pretty cold. Please spend your money somewhere were the staffs deserve it and they actually care about the customers... I uploaded a picture about how the microwave looks from the inside. It was like that for five days... I'm giving two stars because the water was hot and there was wifi as well. But anyway, don't go to this hostel!

Terrible disgusting and dirty

The location of the place was good it takes 20 minutes to go to the city centre.

They charge you extra 3€ per night because of staying in their hostel.... Unfortunately we didn't know that they cannot do that. Staffs moved our stuffs without asking from one to another because they wanted to put us to a different room. They haven't told us before we left so we left some of our personal belongings on our beds and on the table we had in the room and they put our stuffs to plastic bags with someone else's dirty panty, T-shirt, etc. The room and the bathroom were dirty as hell, I felt so disgusted. The microwave downstairs was also really dirty.... It doesn't seem like that they clean at all... We spent five days in this hostel but never again and I don't recommend you to do so too. Spend your money on a place where they actually care about the customers. By the way around the reception it always smelled bad. I added a picture how the microwave looked from the inside for the entire five days.

Superb

Everything was good. It has good and kind staff. The reception introduced me to some of the most important places to visit. It was great. It was great for such a place at this price. It is not in the center, but with metro easily you can go everywhere.

Maybe there was a problem that many people did not observe some things at night, for example talking loudly on the phone at night. In my opinion, this has nothing to do with the hostel. If we ourselves in these places, which are considered public, respect the others, there will be no more problems

Staffs were nice good location

but no heating service in December it was freaking cold . I slept near of the window I could almost die . and bathroom is too dirty . smells like urine . well didn’t pay a lot so maybe I have to satisfy that I didn’t have to sleep on the street .
