I really liked the owner - He was really helpful and accommodating even when I changed the times of my stay. The property and rooms where clean and tidy and the location good for getting around with Metro station around the corner. I would not hesitate in staying here again.

Great lodging for the price, with an outstanding, helpful owner.

The owner was extremely helpful and caring. When ordering the accommodation, I overlooked the information that check-in was only possible during week days. Booking.com itself was not very forthcoming, delaying an answer, but the owner reacted swiftly. In the end, my needs were met and the owner made a special effort to check me in on Sunday. Furthermore, when I arrived he gave me a lot of helpful information, such as where the nearest grocery store is or how to operate the window blinds. The hotel was, obviously, not a five-star hotel, but it was perfect for my needs and I felt very welcome there.

The cleaning lady was a bit overzealous. :D I bought a couple of very cute, 100ml drinks in glass bottles and I fully intended to keep the bottles. Unfortunately I left them empty in the open in my room and the cleaning lady took them while I was away, thinking they were trash. It was my bad, though. I should have hidden them. There were no problems besides this misunderstanding.

Excellent value for money

The facility was super clean, quiet, the kitchen tools and equipment were all functioning properly, the manager was nice and very helpful, the wifi speed exceeded my expectations on contrary to all the negative reviews, the bed was okay I slept well 😊clean bathroom and clean towels, hot shower, the residence is near by mini markets, restaurants farmacies and most importantly sesto marilli metro station Its a great value for money, just don't expect luxury!

Buena opción para pasar unos días en Milán

Trato fantástico por parte de Claudio y del personal de limpieza. Se esfuerzan en hacer que te sientas lo más cómoda posible, y te explican la normativa y cómo funciona todo al llegar. Hay una parada de metro cerca que te conecta rápido con el centro. Algo muy a favor es que también hay opción a alojar a más personas pagando un suplemento.

La cocina no disponía de microondas y olía un poco a tabaco. No había bañera ni plato de ducha.
