Very old hotel that definitely needs to be overhauled. No hot water on first day, no clean breakfast room on second due to a big tourist group eating before and not enough staff helping to clean up and rearrange the buffet. Next time in Milan I will choose a different hotel.

Great staff.. very nice and attentive.. Right by a mall and a bus staion. Thry replaced my room after some complaints- without hesitation. Having said all that, the hotel is pretty old and maintenance level is not as expected from a 4 star hotel.

The hotelroom was big and spacious, but quite old. The water on the shower is unstable , too warm or too cold while I was on shower. And the light is sensor so its turning off while Im on the shower. It happened 2 or 3 times. The bed was so big, but not right cover/ no cover for the duvet. And i am thinking that maybe theres a bedbug since i have some bite on my arm on our 2nd day. The location is OK for those who will rent a car cause its around 20 mins from the city. But it is quite hard to get uber car within this location.

The only reason to stay in this hotel is proximity to the Monza F1 circuit. Other than that, it is a very underwhelming experience. Service at front desk and during breakfast time was not friendly. Restaurant at property only opens for dinner. Room was very outdated and not clean at all (hair in the bathroom floor and shower). The configuration of the hotel is very strange, it sits at the top of a multi-level mall. We were thankful to have a mall nearby though, given that there was no restaurant open before dinner time.

Bathroom was dirty, mess in the closet. Not enough towels or hand towels in the bathroom. Property is dated and and walls need paint at the entrance of the elevator in the side I was staying at. Over all for what they charge I wouldn’t come back. Not with that price.

One of the worst hotels we have been to. Absolute garbage. Max 1 star hotel. What donkey did ever give this hotel 4 stars. Old and broken rooms and furniture. Shower switching to cold and hot water without even touching anything. Slow internet. Breakfast is a shame, nothing fresh and no variation. After check in we were told that there will be no electricity during the first night. During breakfast time the coffee machine is broken. 4 staff walking around and avoiding the problem. Garbage. Should not be on hotels.com

Lights are automatic and do not turn on when you come in the room. You have to call the front desk then wait. Soap is tiny. Farther than I thought from city center. It cost $50 to take a cab there today. Bed is comfortable.safe in room did not work, did not complain about anything except lights due to short time - 2 nights. Lights were not fixed

Hotel claims to be something it isn’t. No restaurant no bar. Shopping mall closes early so no food available if arriving late. Asked if we used the mini bar?? There was no mini bar. However lovely man on reception booked us into a great restaurant with return travel free of charge. Man in restaurant at breakfast rude to clients. Most people sat outside with food and drink purchased earlier from the shopping mall or via Uber eats etc. With a hotel fantastically positioned for the F1, they offered nothing for those staying for it and lost out on huge revenue.

The room we were stayed in needs a thorough cleaning. It smelled bad, the floor under the carpet was uneven and the carpet was all stained. I started to sneeze right away. It seems that the last time they cleaned this room was at least a year ago. Under the bad it was a very thick layer of dust. Horrible,should be half the price we paid.

The hotel is about 30 minutes from Duomo Milano if you use public transport but is better to use the CentroCommerciale Vucanno as the the Location only 1pm meter from the hotel and the bus stop right in front of the Mall make sure the right Exit . Because if you use the Hotel as the location you will need to walk about 1 km to the bus stop there two transfers to get you right to the Duomo do Milano
