Overall a Nice Stay, but Very Poor Customer Service

I was very happy with my room and the hotel facilities. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay enjoyable. However, there was an issue in my room that unfortunately caused me to become ill. When I mentioned this at checkout, the front office staff did not apologize, and I found their attitude disappointing. Having worked in hospitality for 10 years, I know how important good customer service is, so this was unfortunate. I didn’t want to argue, so I simply left. It’s a shame because I genuinely like this hotel and had been looking forward to returning—especially as I’ll need to visit again for work. I hope that next time the staff will be a bit more attentive and kind toward guests.

Sadly there was no kettle or coffee/tea facilities in the room which would of been readily welcomed and understaffed breakfast as the only hot food was scrambled eggs, bacon cold ! But otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our stay , thankyou

It was ok.

Breakfast was nice, coffee was delicious, the staff was friendly and the room was comfortable.

We came in the middle of the night and it was very cold in the room due to the A/C. We were unable to turn it off. I don't know, perhaps we were just too tired to figure it out :)

The hotel was very good but the place was a little bit far away from the city center but there was bus station near the hotel to the metro and there were many markets and restaurants near .the staff ware very nice specially the woman in the resption and the breakfast was good too

The room was pretty clean.

We went for breakfast 9:30 and the breakfast finish at 10, so 30 minutes before they don't have replacement of food, no more cheese or eggs and the people still coming, we weren't the last ones to show up.

Rooms are nice, even though not very much curated (moquette broken), but confortable. Television not working properly.

A fake 4 stars hotel, a good 3 stars instead. The breakfast is extremely poor of quality, quantity and variety. Rooms are extremely hot. Hotel is not curated, with evident signs of degradation and not attention to the details.

Perfect for a short stay

The breakfast was organised and had a variety of food items to choose from. Our room was of a good size, not too big but not tiny either. The hotel and especially the room were very clean.

The bed was advertised as being a queen size but turned out to be two single-size mattresses put together.

To far from Italian GP

It was okay if you aren't going to spend a lot of time in there.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the room like the windows hadn't been opened for months. We went there to go to the Italian Grand Prix but I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are traveling with public transportation. It took us an hour to get there while it's a 20 min drive and to buy the tickets you had to go to the metrostation that was 20-25 min away. And they forgot to put a new roll of toilet paper in our bathroom twice.
