I was very happy with my room and the hotel facilities. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay enjoyable.
However, there was an issue in my room that unfortunately caused me to become ill. When I mentioned this at checkout, the front office staff did not apologize, and I found their attitude disappointing. Having worked in hospitality for 10 years, I know how important good customer service is, so this was unfortunate.
I didn’t want to argue, so I simply left. It’s a shame because I genuinely like this hotel and had been looking forward to returning—especially as I’ll need to visit again for work. I hope that next time the staff will be a bit more attentive and kind toward guests.
