Owner and staff very nice. Room was clean. Would be happy to stay again.

As it is a bit out getting a crowded bus with luggage was an issue. My only concern otherwise good connection by bus to a metro.

Great accomodation

Everything was great. The receptionist girl was very kind, friendly and helpfull. The room is as in the pictures. It's very clean, there are towels, shower gel, hair dryer. The bed was very comfortable. It's a little further from the city center, but easily accessible by public transport. The bus stop is almost next to the hotel.

Удобное расположение, читые и уютные номера, очень комфортная кровать и прекрасный персонал. У меня была проблема с онлайн загрузкой документов, они вошли в положение и сделали это. Мы попросили заменить номер так как нам нужна была одна кровать а в нашем было две, нам без проблем заменили. Каждый день убирали номер, всегда было чисто. Рядом с отелем есть автобусная остановка, большой торговый центр и заведения где можно покушать. Очень удобно.

Comodo e tranquillo

La stanza è molto accogliente e spaziosissima con un ampio terrazzo che si affaccia su una zona molto tranquilla. Il parcheggio esterno non manca mai ma è incustodito. Ottima luminosità e bagno molto spazioso.

Il check in chiude alle 20:00 e per me è stato un problema ma la receptionist mi ha aspettato per qualche minuto.

Immerso nel verde, ragazza gentilissima alla reception, camera e bagno pulitissimi. Hanno lasciato dei biscottini e cioccolatini, pensiero molto carino!

Se devo trovare qualcosa, forse il soffione della doccia che gettava un po' di acqua fuori.

Più che soddisfatto, consiglio la struttura vivamente.

il personale disponibile e mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni per raggiungere sia l'hotel che il luogo di lavoro. Ambiente discreto, moderno e piacevole... mi hanno fatto trovare la tessera d'ingresso in buca visto che ero arrivato in orario dove la reception era chiusa rendendomi autonomo. La stanza comoda, ambiente puliti e riscaldati. La posizione anche se non centrale è ben servita da autobus con fermata nelle vicinanze, zona silenziosa, confortevole e ambienti ben riscaldati.

Buono ma non come la volta precedente

Come per il soggiorno precedente, top l'accoglienza (un'addetta super in tutto, cortesia e velocità). La posizione è buona per chi viaggia in macchina, meno per chi deve spostarsi con i mezzi, visto che è abbastanza periferica. Comunque a tre minuti a piedi c'è il Centro Commerciale Vulcano, dove si trova di tutto. Parcheggio libero in strada davanti all'hotel, posti liberi a qualsiasi ora.

Riscaldamento non funzionante, bisogna adattarsi con il condizionatore e con un termosifone elettrico nel bagno, che ovviamente non funzionano quando si è fuori (chiave a tessera). Anche il bagno con qualche imperfezione: porta della doccia che non si chiude completamente, lavandino molto piccolo in un ambiente per altro di ottime dimensioni, privo di ripiano sotto lo specchio e privo di porta asciugamani.

Tutto sommato tornerei: la camera è spaziosa e la zona molto comoda.

Mi è piaciuta la location, tranquilla con un parco vicino. La camera molto grande rispetto alla media. L’aspetto moderno della struttura.

La doccia…il piatto è scivoloso, doccino è da cambiare e la porta non si chiude.. l’acqua usciva bagnando ovunque. Pulizie non proprio profonde ma un po’ superficiali e la mancanza delle zanzariere. Basterebbe poco per renderlo molto più accogliente. La mancanza di un bollitore: non essendoci la colazione, hanno però messo a disposizione un distributore automatico….poco fornito però.
