Lovely, well placed base for our excursions to Monza and into Milan itself.

The facilities were exceptional. A newly decorated pair of bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms was joined by a small kitchen/Dining area. Beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were large with lovely showers & toiletry facilities.

The directions to the apartment could have been a little clearer as its along a short driveway which isn't very well sign posted and the building numbers are difficult to follow. The air-con was either not working or we weren't able to use the controls properly but we weren't able to get it to come on and stay on. We would have appreciated a few more tea bags as there were 4 of us, but these are observations - Not Criticism's !

Sicuramente consigliatissimo, la signora Lucia è un host disponibile, gentile e premurosa. Camere arredate con gusto e pulizia impeccabile. C'è tutto il necessario per un ottimo soggiorno e colazione a disposizione in cucina. Se ne avremo di nuovo bisogno prenoteremo senza dubbio da lei e lo consiglieremo a chiunque. Buon lavoro. Camera graziosa, spaziosa, molto ben pulita, letto molto comodo, la Sig.ra Lucy davvero una bella persona, disponibile, educata e precisa. Nella zona colazione acqua e succhi di frutta freschi, biscotti e merendine; suggerirei solo delle pannette in frigo per chi beve il caffè macchiato, come me non ho potuto prenderlo ma pazienza ha fatto il bis il mio compagno! Non è un problema era tutto così carino e perfetto che non mi ha creato disagio. Dovesse ripresentarsi l'occasione di dover fare tappa a Milano sceglieremo nuovamente questa Struttura!

Lucy's House è sempre una garanzia!

E' la seconda volta che soggiorno e recensisco questa struttura e non posso che ribadire la mia piena soddisfazione per tutto quanto. Lucia, la titolare, è una persona di una gentilezza e disponibilità eccezionali, la camera è ampia, pulitissima, profumata e dotata di ogni comodità e di ogni accessorio utile al soggiorno; c'è tutto il necessario per fare una colazione in sede e, se qualcuno avesse particolari esigenze o pretese, a 50 metri ci sono 2 bar, un forno, un supermercato e molti altri negozi di vario genere (tabaccherie, farmacia, ufficio postale, di tutto). Tutto ciò, unito anche alla libertà di potersi muovere con i mezzi pubblici (le fermate degli autobus che portano alle metro di Cologno e Sesto San Giovanni sono letteralmente a 30 metri) e di poter entrare e uscire senza vincoli di orari, fa si che da Lucy's House non ci si senta in una struttura ricettiva ma, almeno per me, a casa propria. Struttura accogliente, moderna e pulita! Staff gentilissimo! Cucina in comune dotata di tutti i comfort e di tutto il necessario per fare colazione! A 5 minuti in macchina dagli studi Mediaset di Cologno Monzese!

Super struttura

Colazione ottima, con crostata fatta in casa, marmellate, the, caffè, ovetti al cioccolato, fette biscottate, cornetti etc. Stanza comoda con bagno privato. Pulitissima e super profumata. Lucia ci ha fatto trovare sulla scrivania della stanza un piccolo cestino pieno di ovetti al cioccolato . Molto carina. Mi sono trovata benissimo, consiglio a tutti questa struttura.

Solo il prezzo, troppo alto. Non si può pagare un b&b 180 euro al giorno per quanto carino possa essere. Purtroppo ho scoperto che c’era il salone del mobile e si sa la legge della domanda e dell’offerta detta “legge “, e questi sono i risultati. A noi necessitava un alloggio per una visita e un piccolo intervento chirurgico urgente per cui … Per il resto nulla di negativo da segnalare tutto perfetto.
