Maybe its a cultural difference but the staff was not what I'm used to. I can't say rude because they literally dont really speak to you coming and going. The 4 star rating is absolutely overrated. The room is described as 435 sq ft. I assume thats the suite, which isn't that much of a price difference but I assumed they were all that size. First and foremost both mattresses were severely stained. Also the most uncomfortable mattress I've ever been on and I've been to a few below average hotels. When we entered the room it was very stuffy and hot. We called the front desk they said they don't use the ac during this season only the heat. Our last night it was terribly freezing and the heat didn't work either. My wife is very big on TV and there wasn't channel she could watch and the TV was so outdated that you couldn't even use a streaming service. The only good thing is that the hotel was on top of a mall. Which was very convenient. I can honestly say this is one of the worst hotels I've been to. Me and the wife decided to venture out into other parts of Italy and just stayed at other hotels overnight for some of our trip. For me personally this hotel put me in a bad mood. Kind of made me look at Italy as a not so desirable place being that it was our first impression. Outside of this hotel Italy is great. My recommendation is to absolutely pass on this hotel. We stayed at other hotels that were less but so much better. This hotel compares to a Motel 6 at best.

I never put reviews but I had to for this hotel. This hotel looks amazing when you pull up and walk in but absolutely terrible when you get into your room. There was a broken ceiling light that didn’t work, 3 lamps and only 1 was working we literally had 1 lamp lighting up the whole room it was dark. The fridge doesn’t work. Multiple outlets didn’t work. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, the shower is so poorly design that after a shower expect a big water pool on the floor. If you want to get water they charge you €2.50 for a warm water bottle because the fridge doesn’t work. I only came here for the formula 1 race and was barely in the room thankfully! Stay away this place is terrible.

Very old hotel that definitely needs to be overhauled. No hot water on first day, no clean breakfast room on second due to a big tourist group eating before and not enough staff helping to clean up and rearrange the buffet. Next time in Milan I will choose a different hotel.

Great staff.. very nice and attentive.. Right by a mall and a bus staion. Thry replaced my room after some complaints- without hesitation. Having said all that, the hotel is pretty old and maintenance level is not as expected from a 4 star hotel.

The hotelroom was big and spacious, but quite old. The water on the shower is unstable , too warm or too cold while I was on shower. And the light is sensor so its turning off while Im on the shower. It happened 2 or 3 times. The bed was so big, but not right cover/ no cover for the duvet. And i am thinking that maybe theres a bedbug since i have some bite on my arm on our 2nd day. The location is OK for those who will rent a car cause its around 20 mins from the city. But it is quite hard to get uber car within this location.

The only reason to stay in this hotel is proximity to the Monza F1 circuit. Other than that, it is a very underwhelming experience. Service at front desk and during breakfast time was not friendly. Restaurant at property only opens for dinner. Room was very outdated and not clean at all (hair in the bathroom floor and shower). The configuration of the hotel is very strange, it sits at the top of a multi-level mall. We were thankful to have a mall nearby though, given that there was no restaurant open before dinner time.

Bathroom was dirty, mess in the closet. Not enough towels or hand towels in the bathroom. Property is dated and and walls need paint at the entrance of the elevator in the side I was staying at. Over all for what they charge I wouldn’t come back. Not with that price.
