Nice enough hotel for a quick city break but water problem needs fixing

No hot water in the room for the whole stay despite being told there was a new boiler put in and to just leave it running but this didn’t work water was stone cold

It was a fantastic stay and felt home

The hotel room was clean, organised. I arrived before the check in time, but the room was ready and staff allowed me to use. The breakfast was fair and the wifi was excellent. The woman in the reception was very friendly and welcoming. The hotel location is perfect, very close to the metro station, multiple restaurants/cafes and shops including a Turkish restaurant which i liked.

Good value hotel for those on a budget who want easy metro access to the city

Spotlessly clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Right near the metro with easy access to the center of Milan (about 20 mins travel time to the Duomo). Towel and maid service was excellent. Breakfast was inexpensive. As we say in Britain, "Cheap and cheerful", rather than luxurious.

The check-in process was confusing with multiple emails asking for copies of documents to be sent ahead of arrival in order to get a code for the door. This is because the front desk is not operating 24 hours a day. (My tip: if you stay here, try to arrive when the font desk is open.) Overall a bit soulless and spartan, with a few minor maintenance issues encountered in the room (although staff did their best to fix them promptly).

Too expensive compared with other places, washroom too small and tub doors are broken. No Elevators, it shows better in pictures but not in reality.

If you’re simply after a roof and a bed out of town don’t discount this hotel.

The location to the San Rondo Metro - aporox. 20min journey to central Milan Duomo stop. And a short walk to/from the metro station San Rondo. Was quiet - that is no crazy noise from traffic or bin trucks at wee hours. Comfortable bed.

The initial welcome was very rude. The 3 men did nit even explain the after hours entry requirements. I had to ask. The lady on the subsequent days was very helpful.

- Drinking water filtration - Near metro about 3 min walk

- Shower water is very weak, hot and cold is very diff to control. - No kettle in the room, so I just ask for hot water from reception staff but she cannot know how to find it in hotel. This is very basic thing that hotel should provide but not here. - so loudy when next room using toilet

Hotel in a central location very convenient to reach the metro stop within a minute's walk to reach the places of greatest interest in central Milan, the staff and the owner were immediately very hospitable, the hotel and the room are very clean in addition to the comfort of the mattress, we really enjoyed the breakfast from sweet to savory with raw materials of the highest quality.

Good value for money

I recently stayed at a hotel in a great location, with a metro station just around the corner, which was a big plus for getting around the city. In addition, the proximity of the public garage made it easy to park the car, which is important when you plan to stay for several days. The hotel is located in a pedestrian zone, which makes it easy to explore the surroundings without stress. The hotel room was well equipped and had all the basic elements needed for a pleasant stay, including sleepers and a toothbrush. The staff cleaned the rooms every day, and the space was neat and clean. Communication with the staff was simple and efficient, and the instructions for entering the hotel were clear, which made the stay even easier. All in all, the hotel was a great choice, and I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in a good location.

The modernization of the interior would further improve the overall experience of the stay.

I'm glad I had a good and comfortable stay in Milan.

The room was kept well-cleaned. All the staff were very friendly and nice. The staff speaks Italian, but we had no trouble communicating with each other using a translation app. Conveniently located near the subway station.

If you check in late at night on your first day, you will need to check in online in advance and receive your key number. The shower is a little small. There is no elevator.

A no fuss place in a quaint 1900 building and local neighborhood lots of options for food and shops around and the metro 2 minutes away. Very Helpful staff family management and reasonably priced.

If you are traveling for work in Bicocca it is not on the right metro line and a good 30 min walk - but that was my mistake

as other places around Italy they have a police of no air conditioning before June or something like this. I would not mind staying in a place on those conditions if I knew before my stay.

The Metro station to Milan is very close. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast and a superb Patisserie is just around he corner. The hotel is clean. Th room is comfortable and silent.
