My stay was okay but I would not stay there again or recommend if you wanted a comfy holiday break.

I liked that they provide soap and shampoo. I did not have breakfast at the hotel however they provided me with hot water and tea bag when I requested for it. The location was okay as there was buses to metro that went into Milan. On my second day I managed to get a receptionist that spoke English otherwise I struggled to communicate with the receptionist that checked me in.

The struggle to communicate with the first receptionist on the day I checked in. There was dust on the telephone and old dirty carpets. The hotel keeps the air conditioning remote at the receptionist and the room was too hot. The bathroom was too small most especially the bathtub. I kept having accidents. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

This is a 2 Star property but did exactly what it said on the advertisement.

The breakfast was a little lower in choices than expected but the fact is this is a 2 star property so manage your expectations if you visit.

Ho prenotato questa camera per i miei familiari e si sono trovati bene. Lo staff è stato molto cortese, gentile e disponibile. Il letto comodo. Struttura nella norma, senza lussi ma funzionale. Posizione comoda e ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Sicuramente consigliata!

Ottime camere, pulite, personale gentilissimo e disponibile. Relativamente vicino alla metro, tabacchini, (una pasticceria spettacolare là sotto) e zona tranquilla in generale.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti in questo "hotel", perché definirlo tale è anche troppo. Appena entri senti una forte puzza di fumo che non passa mai e non si capisce da dove provenga. L'hotel in generale ha bisogno di tante ma tantissime ristrutturazioni... Appare tutto molto vecchio, l'arredamento ecc. Poi, da dove cominciare con la camera, appena entri vieni schiaffeggiata da un'ondata di calore terribile, dovuto al fatto che non c'è l'aria condizionata. Il bagno non è presente dentro la camera, ma fuori in condivisione con le altre stanze. Scandaloso. È un bagno abbastanza dignitoso per carità ma il fatto che sia all'esterno e in comune con tutti quanti è tremendo . Ho sofferto il calore per tutta la mia permanenza in stanza, perché anche aprendo la finestra non passava un filo d'aria . E quando dico questo intendo dire che si stava male da quanto caldo faceva, se non facevo una doccia fresca prima di andare a letto era impossibile dormire (non respiravo). All'interno della stanza hanno messo un lavandino e un bidet... inguardabili e di poco gusto. I letti singoli sono stretti e anche scomodi . Sconsiglio in generale, a meno che non vogliate essere in modalità sopravvivenza. Non c'è la ristorazione, ma un baretto anche abbastanza misero. L'unica nota positiva è la cortesia dello staff e la vicinanza dell'hotel ai mezzi. Per il resto evitatelo!!!!
