Great pool and perfect smaller pool for small children

Have stayed multiple times over the past 2 years never had any issues getting glasses with ice for the room was told no even tho I had stated I was staying. Went to reception to be told to go into the cafe boulevard to get it mentioned to the lady at reception that I had spoken to them and wouldn't give me any to be told she cant leave reception and that nothing else could be done. Had to also go and ask for a bath plug as there wasn't one attached or in any of the drawers within the room.
Really disappointing experience.

The main lobby and rooms were immaculate.
The staff was friendly and approachable.
The food was absolutely outstanding 😍 we had planned to eat out but after trying the hotel food on night one, we ordered again on night 2.
The only downfall was the leisure centre, it felt very dated compared to the rest of the hotel. Otherwise, I cannot fault this hotel in any way. Would definitely stay here again.
