Charged 3.50 for take away instant coffee the morning we were leaving, which wasn’t great considering we’d just stayed and it was instant!

A comfortable, modern hotel with pleasant staff

Everything was up to our expectations. It was useful that there was a supermarket across the road so that we could buy food for lunch. At the hotel the staff were polite and helpful. We ate evening meals in the hotel and the food was fine. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated.

The 4vening meal menu was the same on both evenings.

Staff very friendly throughout the hotel. Extremely efficient and a great asset to the business. Plenty of options on the evening meal menu. Generous portions of excellent food. Breakfast provided a great choice. I was really impressed that Cereal was provided in individually wrapped portions. Well done.

Modern hotel conveniently located a few minutes walk from the town centre. Very helpful welcoming reception staff. Spotlessly clean and generously sized room and bathroom. Bistro style restaurant on the ground floor where the food was excellent and served later than most other places in town.

We were there for only one night and it was perfect for our stay.

Convenient to shopping, good restaurants and theatre. Clean.

The room was too hot for sleeping and the only cover on the bed was a heavy comforter. Would have liked a top sheet.

Perfect for a short stay- clean and modern and affordable

This is a modern clean hotel in Letterkenny. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials as was the tea tray. Staff were lovely and the food is good too. Gateway location for both Fanad and west Donegal. Letterkenny is a vibrant shopping town - well worth a visit

The uncharacteristically hot and humid weather made the nights uncomfortable due to the absence of air-conditioning and the fact that opening the windows let in a lot of early-morning street noise.

A convenient place to stay in Letterkenny town centre

Our room on the top floor was quiet, clean and comfortable. Staff we encountered were all pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and of good quality. Free private parking was an added bonus. Overall a good place to stay, close to all town centre amenities.

We would have liked some fresh fruit for breakfast along with some traditional Irish bread. Signage from the back car park to the hotel entrance needs to be updated, if the rear entrance continues to be inaccessible.

Undergound car park was a bit scary, a lot of empty beer bottles littered around the ground. Access through the rear entrance was through the dinning area which was felt uncomfortable.
