Good location for short stay

Room clean and comfortable, Music in the bar and plenty of seating in bar and lobby. Good location - lots of shops etc. within walking distance.

Hotel car park is small, but to be fair there is lots of parking close to the hotel from once you know. Restaurant fully booking so if arriving at busy weekends make sure to book a table

Excellent hotel! Great weekend!

I was really impressed with this hotel. Myself and my wife were in letterkenny for the Mayo match and it happened to coincide with Valentine’s Day. So we made a weekend of it. The hotel itself is really nice, room was big, clean and warm. We had dinner which was fabulous. The breakfast in the morning was excellent. The staff throughout were great - friendly and helpful. I could not find anything bad to say about this hotel. The location for the match was ideal but it’s also very close to shopping centres etc.

There was nothing not to like. Excellent stay! Mayo did lose the match badly but I am not blaming the hotel for that! Will stay again!

The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect—close to the town centre and the amenities were well maintained. Breakfast was lovely. Minor issues aside overall a great stay.

We stayed here for a short break after welcoming our newborn baby, hoping for some much-needed rest Unfortunately, our stay was affected by constant noise from the room next door, especially late at night. Loud conversations and arguments continued well into the night, making it hard to sleep. With a newborn, sleep is precious, so this was challenging and disappointing. However, when we phoned reception, the staff responded quickly and handled the situation professionally. Their prompt action was very much appreciated.

A comfortable, modern hotel with pleasant staff

Everything was up to our expectations. It was useful that there was a supermarket across the road so that we could buy food for lunch. At the hotel the staff were polite and helpful. We ate evening meals in the hotel and the food was fine. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated.

The 4vening meal menu was the same on both evenings.

Modern hotel conveniently located a few minutes walk from the town centre. Very helpful welcoming reception staff. Spotlessly clean and generously sized room and bathroom. Bistro style restaurant on the ground floor where the food was excellent and served later than most other places in town.

This is a modern clean hotel in Letterkenny. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials as was the tea tray. Staff were lovely and the food is good too. Gateway location for both Fanad and west Donegal. Letterkenny is a vibrant shopping town - well worth a visit
