Arrived late at night room was lovely and warm, had blackout curtains and a comfy bed was very quiet. Shared kitchen available.
Didn't really bother me but the bedclothes were unironed.

The bed was very comfortable. The view from the window on the hills surrounding Letterkenny very nice.
Saving on personnel, over three days, we met only the cleaning lady. On arrival, the code for the key box hadn't come yet, although there was our name on the keybox.

Overall, the place was fine for the price. The house itself was clean and matched the expectations.
However, the man at the reception was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of explaining how to find the property, he started shouting, making threats, and then hung up the phone in anger.
It was a very unpleasant experience and definitely needs to be addressed.
