Close to shops bars and restaurants comfy bed and was spotless very clean Aoife the host very helpful with all details of accessibility sent to me and only a text message away if needed help with anything

Mold in bathroom on tiles.
Toilet was quirky. Had to wait for tank to fill for a couple of minutes before you could flush again.
Was given a fob to unlock door to building but door wouldn’t latch so anyone could enter. Fob wasn’t necessary. We didn’t feel unsafe but is this a security issue?

Aoife was nice and very helpful. The apartment itself is very central just a 60 second walk round the corner is the main st of letterkenny with an abundance of bars/restaurants and shops. You are within walking distance of everything. The apartment itself was fine, it's 1 bedroom and the couch is a sofa bed which was user friendly, it does take up the entire living room when opened though.
I am going to be honest in my review. The place is damp and unfortunately you can smell it as soon as you open the front door, there's mould and dampness in the living room around the skirtings and around some of the windows. The bed is comfortable but every single movement makes a noise so I ended up sleeping poorly , it has no headboard too so it keeps sliding away from the wall and you have to keep adjusting the pillows as they escape down the gap. There's a lot of junk in the cookware drawers that doesn't need to be there like a frying pan with no handle, and other frying pan that the coating is peeling off it's fit for the bin, no flipper for eggs. Maybe a fresh eye over the drawers so you can assess what people would need if cooking and just have the basics instead of old broken paraphernelia. Maybe a fresh sponge and cloth in the kitchen for each guest so they can wash dishes too. The main issue for us was that the apartment is cold. We contacted Aoife to help turn on the gas boiler, we couldn't figure out how to put it on none of the switches or dials seemed to work. Aoife kindly arrived but we were shocked to see that the controls for the heating weren't working for us because there was another control system that the owner had locked in a box underneath the boiler. So you cannot control the heating even if you wanted too. It's on a timing system set out by the landlord which really didn't work out during our stay. If paying to stay somewhere the very least I would expect is it to be clean and warm at all times. It was most definitely not warm there. The bathroom is freezing all the time and the water switches between hot, warm and cold for the duration of your shower. It just really took the comfort aspect away from the stay.
