Good place to stay as a base to explore County Donegal

Steps away from Main Street. Free parking Plenty of hot water in shower Host was very communicative

Mold in bathroom on tiles. Toilet was quirky. Had to wait for tank to fill for a couple of minutes before you could flush again. Was given a fob to unlock door to building but door wouldn’t latch so anyone could enter. Fob wasn’t necessary. We didn’t feel unsafe but is this a security issue?

Because we were out a good bit it was ok

It was centeral and clean bed was comfortable . Plenty of hot water and heat.

Bedroom no complaints. Bathroom there was 2 towels and a hand towel the bath towels were not much bigger than the hand towel. Kitchen tried to use grill in oven could not get it to work. Sitting room. Couch was so uncomfortable the seats kept coming out we both had to sit on long part of couch. Tv did not work I did what the instructions said and there was no htmi 1 but was 3 and 4

Clean, comfortable and well equipped one bedroom apartment. The fold out sofa bed had fresh, clean linen and was very comfortable to sleep on. There is a nice big shower room. Free parking provided close by.

Complicated key pick up procedure with lock box and code, fob and keys required to enter apartment. Located in a residential area with groups hanging around. Might be a worry for lone travellers, but residents did not approach or cause any trouble.

Great Central Location with All the Essentials

The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything needed for a short stay - including a full kitchen, washing machine, and fast WiFi. Its central location made it easy to explore Letterkenny and nearby attractions. Having free on-site parking was a major plus, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The host was exceptionally welcoming, providing detailed information well in advance and remaining readily available throughout with warm and thoughtful hospitality.

There was truly nothing to fault — the apartment offered a very comfortable and convenient stay that met all expectations.

Everything do not book this as soon as I walked in the smell off damp hit u nothing like pics no headboard damp on walls my 1yr old grandchild took not well with a cough this has got to be 1 of worst places I have stayed went home a day early cdnt stand smell when I complained the owners said she took a video and that I had left a mess and she found beer stains and beer can but none off us drank and she also said there was white powder on sofa all this lies and when I said I be complaing she said ditto I am shocked and have never been treated by a host like this infant she claimed to be upstairs but never came to see us once strange i also took pics and a video of how I left the apartment tv wires and plug sockets was scary trying to stop my grandchild from pulling them down and the dirt under sofa bed disgusting

Small apartment with everything you could possibly need, and very close to town.

The apartment is very convenient to the town and shopping village. Queries were answered quickly.

Free parking was hard to find, but we used the shopping village car park on the first night. Paid parking is available outside the apartment from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm.

This apartment is in a prime location, 2 minutes walk to the main street. Both the bed and pull out couch were so comfortable and the pillows are the most amazing ones I've ever slept on! The apartment was clean and had a well equipped kitchen.

Great value and super good location

The location was great. Close to everything. Easy to find with the car. Parking was super handy, it has a parking space at the back of the building. The department was spacious with a very comfy sofa and all you need to cook and spend a great weekend saving a lot of money. I totally recommend it.

Aoife was nice and very helpful. The apartment itself is very central just a 60 second walk round the corner is the main st of letterkenny with an abundance of bars/restaurants and shops. You are within walking distance of everything. The apartment itself was fine, it's 1 bedroom and the couch is a sofa bed which was user friendly, it does take up the entire living room when opened though.

I am going to be honest in my review. The place is damp and unfortunately you can smell it as soon as you open the front door, there's mould and dampness in the living room around the skirtings and around some of the windows. The bed is comfortable but every single movement makes a noise so I ended up sleeping poorly , it has no headboard too so it keeps sliding away from the wall and you have to keep adjusting the pillows as they escape down the gap. There's a lot of junk in the cookware drawers that doesn't need to be there like a frying pan with no handle, and other frying pan that the coating is peeling off it's fit for the bin, no flipper for eggs. Maybe a fresh eye over the drawers so you can assess what people would need if cooking and just have the basics instead of old broken paraphernelia. Maybe a fresh sponge and cloth in the kitchen for each guest so they can wash dishes too. The main issue for us was that the apartment is cold. We contacted Aoife to help turn on the gas boiler, we couldn't figure out how to put it on none of the switches or dials seemed to work. Aoife kindly arrived but we were shocked to see that the controls for the heating weren't working for us because there was another control system that the owner had locked in a box underneath the boiler. So you cannot control the heating even if you wanted too. It's on a timing system set out by the landlord which really didn't work out during our stay. If paying to stay somewhere the very least I would expect is it to be clean and warm at all times. It was most definitely not warm there. The bathroom is freezing all the time and the water switches between hot, warm and cold for the duration of your shower. It just really took the comfort aspect away from the stay.

It’s nice and cosy, with great attention to detail: Hairdryer, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, sugar, cooking facilities, etc. Great location, close to bars & restaurants. Heating is on a timer. Aoife came to adjust it to ensure the apartment is warm when I’m there during the day. Excellent communications and service. Thank you 😁🙏🏼

Unpleasant to say the least.

The damp problem which made the apartment smell very bad. The bedding smelt awful too and the duvets were very badly stained and damaged, cigarette burn etc. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and damp smell too. Windows filthy, curtains and window blinds badly stained and black from dampness problem. The whole apartment felt very grubby and uncomfortable. Bed very creaky. Owner challenged the smell and damp problem despite me discovering after staying there that other guests had same experience! The only good thing about this apartment is the location.
