Convenient location and very comfortable beds. Family room was spacious and clean.
The cooked breakfast was very salty and not the best. There wasn’t any gluten free pastries etc, even though I’d let them know that my child was celiac. There was also not a great knowledge of celiac disease and no offer to make the cooked breakfast separately from the buffet as many hotels do. The risk of cross contamination is very high as the same tongs could be used to pick up an item containing gluten.

Nice location. Good car parking. Comfortable bed.
Slow check in. Only one poor guy on reception who was doing his best.
Was charged twice and only that I noticed, it wouldn’t have been flagged.
Room was freezing and I had to go to reception to ask for a heater.
No electric sockets close to bed - so annoying. Had to request an extension cord.
Just felt like a poor/low standard for a Radisson hotel! No manager contacted me
