Fabulous hotel and great value

Hotel was central to shopping and restaurants and bars it was so spacious and clean and our room was massive beds were so comfortable and the breakfast was outstanding, we also enjoyed the sauna and steam room and we all would love to stay here again!

Most memorable experience

My daughter was admitted into Letterkenny hospital with complications and wasn't sure if we had to cut the holidays short. Therefore, I called my mother to come all the way up from Mayo to help me pack up my things to check out early. However, my daughter made a miraculous comeback and she wanted to continue the holidays. I asked the receptionist (can't remember their name) the night of Friday if my mother was able to stay for the remainder of the holidays with us, due to the circumstances of her travels up. They allowed her to stay, and offered a roll-in bed at no extra cost, even though we were willing to pay. This was such a selfless and considerable gesture and I am most grateful of the thoughtfulness. All of the service of staff members from the bar to breakfast, accommodation, and reception were very lovely and friendly. Food was great, room was great, pool was great, and everything clean. Will definitely book a stay here again and will also recommend to friends and family

There was an excess amount of bell peppers throughout the course of dinner service, except dessert. Nonetheless, it still tasted good

Second Christmas night away with my son. We enjoyed it both times and for the money it is a great stay.

Christmas decorations were beautiful. Staff fantastic. Spotless clean

Breakfast I don’t think is fantastic. Although nice enough. Coffee machine you can get a latte but the cups are tiny and ends in a mess. Bread for toast was quite hard. Limited options for kids other than cereals, pancakes would be great.

Hotel is modern, spotless with a lovely clean smell everywhere you go. Thoroughly enjoyed dinner in the restaurant. Plenty of options and was very tasty. The breakfast is easily one of the best I've ever had. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. Very enjoyable experience

Slow check in. Only one poor guy on reception who was doing his best. Was charged twice and only that I noticed, it wouldn’t have been flagged. Room was freezing and I had to go to reception to ask for a heater. No electric sockets close to bed - so annoying. Had to request an extension cord. Just felt like a poor/low standard for a Radisson hotel! No manager contacted me

Good facilities, but poor attention to detail and cleanliness

Pool was good, amenities in the room were nice. Modern and well lit room with a good shower/bath. Breakfast was nice and had a very expansive selection.

The room was an unpleasant smell from the carpets that could be smelled from the bed, did not provide for a good sleep. The coffee machine and the breakfast bar was overfilling the mugs, so no one could get lattes/coffees from the machine at breakfast.
