Not clean, cold room, spiders in bed

My room was not clean, windows were opened and room was very cold 2 spiders were seen in my bed. I did report to owner but she didn’t do anything, she said all spiders r non poisoned in Ireland … very vague statement Bread was with mould/ fungus (I hav taken some pictures) I did report very next day to booking.com customer service but no action was taken from them I was very disappointment first time with booking.com and requested refund

Lousy

Nothing.

There is no sign on the road neither on the door which confirmed that I had found the right place. Gessing by the pictures, I guessed that I had arrived., Then I couldn‘t get into the hostel, as the description of the self checkin was lousy. The host was not reachable by phone in order to help me. A boy passing by showed me the door by the side behind a gate. There was a big mess around and in the house. You wouldn’t want to take a chair and sit outside. In my room were crumpled bedlinen on the floor. I left the hostel although I had paid the night already and looked for a new accommodation.

Large room. Kitchen available for breakfast and tea/coffee. Host was super friendly and accessible.

Bed was not overly comfortable(I also have a bad back and very few beds are for me) Needs towels for guests (none in room nor bathroom)

Uniquement l emplacement

Chambre au sous sol, sanitaires vétustes même pas une chaise dans la chambre. Endroit sinistre et vieillot. Aucune prestation. Ne mérite pas le nom de bed and breakfast. Correspond plutôt à une auberge de jeunesse et encore... A déconseiller fortement.

Es war sehr nah an der Stadt und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Super war auch das Fitnessstudio mit benutzen zu dürfen. Es gab eine Waschmaschinen, mit dem man waschen durfte, und in der Küche konnte man sich was zubereiten. Barbara war sehr, sehr nett und hat die Tipps gegeben.

Leider war das Haus sehr hellhörig. Man hat wirklich jeden Schritt gehört, besonders von oben, da das Hostel Untergeschoss des Hauses ist.. Ist schon nervig, wenn morgens um fünf jemand oben durchs Haus läuft und Sachen verrückt.. so konnte ich nicht ausschlafen und war früh wach. Hilfreich, wäre eine genauere Anweisung wo der Eingang ist, und wie das Haus zu finden ist! Google hat es nicht gleich gefunden..

nettes B&B mit Zugang zum benachbarten Fitnessclub

Gästezimmer im Untergeschoss eines Wohnhauses. Es kann passieren etwas von oben zu hören; die Straße dagegen nicht. Unkomplizierte Absprachen vorab per booking-App; nette Begrüßung. Toll ist der Zugang zum benachbarten Fitnessclub!
