Superior Family room was great for 2 adults and 2 children. Wifi mirror in bathroom is a nice touch! room was very comfortable, bathroom floor could have used a mop (white shower mat was black after use) Staff were very helpful, breakfast was good...no pancakes so kids were a little disappointed (it's their highlight of a (rare) hotel stay). All in all a great stay

The hotel called us in the evening, while we were driving to the hotel, to tell us they no longer had rooms available for us. They sold our rooms, even through they were booked and paid for several months in advance.

We had a great 2 nights bed and breakfast. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and very accessible to all amenities, shop, bars and restaurants within walking distance. Staff very friendly and helpful. We have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions, great location!

We had a lovey weekend break in Letterkenny. The hotel was a short walk from the town center and across the road there are retail parks. The hotel is modern with a nice atmosphere. The superior room was a good size with air conditioning and a very comfortable king size bed. The bar food was very good & the prices reasonable. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and filling. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We would have no hesitation in returning to the hotel.

Went to radisson blu letterkenny for our wedding anniversary staff really friendly couldn't do enough for us hotel spotless and really comfortable a chilled mood the whole time food excellent what more do you need thank you we will be back soon

This is a lovely centrally located hotel hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean while staff provide that unique Donegal welcome. Unfortunately on this trip that welcome was missing and didn't reappear later. Room wasn't ready at checkin. Was asked to take a seat and was assured staff were working on it and they'd call me shortly. Waited over an hour and saw many arrivals checkin and head to their rooms. Turns out they forgot about us. At dinner that evening they tried to sit us at a low bar table when there were restaurant tables available. Not great. In fairness food was good and room was comfortable. Hopefully this visit was just a blip.

It was lovely to be away as we don’t get much time together. We were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary as my son had such a great time for his birthday celebration but we didn’t get as much as a free drink!! My son got a birthday card and chocolates delivered to his room, even something that small would have been appreciated as 20 years is a big deal!!

This is our preferred hotel in Letterkenny. The staff are professional and friendly. The seal around the shower screen needs replacing. This should be addressed asap.
