The location on Main Street.parking facilities, staff very helpful and welcoming. Food was amazing great choices.

Brilliant!!!

Everything was ideal for me being wheelchair bound, breakfast was excellent, location ideal and 3 of us had dinner on the Saturday night and everyone very happy. Staff were more than just helpful, they went out of their way at times!!1

The carpeting throughout is difficult for wheelchair useI would suggest mats in the hallways for easier use.

Arrived for breakfast to be told that only 1 breakfast was included .I explained we were a couple in room 232 and breakfast included in price .Showed my room card keys but the waiter still questioned it felt like I was sneaking in someone else..No brown soda bread for breakfast only brown sliced pan.

Receptionists lovely. Stephen in the bar/restaurant made our Saturday evening - great wee fella!

Other restaurant staff could possibly do with a little more training on tablets and checking back at table for ordering, making sure all ok but I appreciate sometimes staff could be new and need a chance etc and manager went over and above when he thought we’d been waiting too long, which he picked up himself - we didn’t say anything as we weren’t bothered but just some feedback as know others would be.

A warm welcome in a hotel that felt like you were visiting your friends and family.

It was centrally located. The staff were exceptionally helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. I had to do some course work and there was a very comfortable desk and chair in room. Lovely breakfast and no mad rush for tables.

Nothing really- it was not a fancy modern hotel but I could not fault it really. Food and staff were second to none.

Nice hotel located in city center with an excellent breakfast and was a great value.

Breakfast was excellent with a lot of variety. Location was in city center and the hotel and rooms were nice and clean.

Paid parking, but there is a lot next to the hotel and if you arrive after 6pm and depart before 8am or 9am (depending on specific section of the street) you can park on the street for free.

Excellent location in the centre of town.

Limited selection at breakfast. Overuse of air-conditioning in the lounge and eating areas. The breakfast room is in the basement. Not sure about the four star rating.

Pleasantly surprised and would definitely return.

Very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Booked for 2adults and 2 kids and expected the usual double bed and 2 singles for kids (maybe even pull out camp bed for one) but arrived to a 2 bed suite with walk in wardrobe! Kids loved being in their own room and parents had a peaceful nights sleep in the other room. Beds and pillows very comfortable and great tea/coffee making facilities which also had hot chocolate for the kids! Breakfast was a good variety and tasted great. Overall a great stay and would recommend to anyone.
