Comfortable, albeit somewhat small/crowded room; poor water pressure (occasionally stopped altogether); microwave in poor position; lots of pool noise and lack of privacy on patios; NOT a great breakfast (limited options, not the usual self serve...felt patronizing), very little "fresh" (except whole fruit).

Room was nice. but the place was half empty and they gave us a room in the North tower looking out on the side walls of the hotel next door. They gave us a nice map listing all the amenities, including vending and ice machines on the various floors. Wel, the spot where the vending machine was for 4th floor and 2nd floor were empty. Wish they had updated the map, even just to line out the floors by hand on the map. Made me feel like I nwas at a run-down Motel 6.

front desk put us in the worst room possible, right next to the lobby. room has its own patio but people would walk right through our patio regularly, not very private. theres also a deck with seating behind the front office and the seats are so close to the room/back door. i felt like i couldnt even open the blinds to enjoy the view/weather or else people would be looking right in our room. it was im assuming louder than normal being next to the lobby area in general. the bathroom had 4 or 5 pieces of other peoples hair on the floor and there were tiny flies in the bathroom. not very nice. the bathroom was also somewhat small for the price of the room. the bed was very comfortable and parking wasnt an issue. also very nice to have its own beach access. the pool and jacuzzi area looked nice although i didnt try. i look younger and my guess is the front desk put us in the worst room because of it. i guess they thought i wouldnt care.

The rooms were clean. The staff was polite and courteous. They were happy to help us with all the questions. The amenities were good. The pool area was clean and enough towels were provided. The hotel organizes yoga class on Saturday mornings.

I reserved through a 3rd party so when we arrived the lady that checked us in was very friendly. We reserved a king ocean view. The hotel pool was under construction and our room was right in front. She said the next day we could move to a different room with a better view. We were very Thankful that she did this as the 2nd room was on the 4th floor with no one to the left of us- the view was Beautiful. The only thing that I need to complain about was the water pressure in the 2nd room. The 1st room the water pressure was just fine, the 2nd one was horrible. It barely came out and it took forever and then it turned off- I don't know if it was because it was running to long but it was bad. Other than that the staff and everyone was great.

My wife and I have stayed here countless times. It's so close to the beach and downtown Pismo. Many of the rooms have a view of the ocean and they have a nice breakfast to start your day. The rioms are clean and up to date. Just a great place to stay.

This is the best hotel I’ve been to in Pismo Beach and will definitely coming back. We already booked our next trip for the spring 2026. We stayed in an ocean view room and the room was clean and nice. The staff were very friendly and amazing. They kept all areas clean and vacuumed. The breakfast options were great as well! I only wish they had bacon! Haha! The patio areas had fire pits and there is a grill so you can grill your own food and they provided grilling tools. They also have bikes you can ride. That was fun! You won’t regret it!
