No Breakfast , Bed was comfortable and clean . Room was large and acceptable , TV channels were good . Parking was good, access was good , Coffee machine was good , Refrigerator was a little small

I enjoyed the proximity to the beach. I did also enjoy the room itself, and the view was pretty nice as well.

They had no water fountain or vending machine. The room was a bit small but that wasn't too much of an issue.

Very affordable. Location is right off the freeway on/off ramp. Clean, freshly painted, comfy bed, roomy, no carpet, coffee maker. Peasant, welcoming host.

The lobby has been damaged and is being repaired. Arriving at night to find caution tape around the area was a bit unsettling. Signs directed me to room 102 which is acting as the check in area. Just a heads up.

Excellent clean, quiet, dog friendly motel.

Front guest provided free treats for my dog which came in handy for her first night in a motel. Also had good dog lawn. Motel was close to freeway, but still quiet and close to good restaurants. Convenient to the Monarch Butterfly Grove.

Overall, great location and some solid basics, but the housekeeping and AC/sleep comfort issues need improvement.

We picked this hotel mainly for the location, and that part delivered. Parking was straightforward, the area felt safe, and it’s an easy walk to the beach with plenty of good restaurant options nearby. The blackout shades were excellent. The TV worked well and Wi-Fi was fine for basic browsing.

Unfortunately, the room didn’t feel properly turned over when we checked in. We found hairs on the bed, a used face towel hanging on the shower curtain rod, and an open tissue packet near the tea area, which appeared to be left from the prior guest. The AC was also confusing - the temperature controls didn’t seem to work as expected and the room got uncomfortably cold at night on the fan mode. If we turned it off, freeway traffic noise was very loud, which is tough for light sleepers. The bed was okay but not the most comfortable.

The room is amazing!!! Great location, beautiful, spacious room and well decorated. Cafe in the room. Kind staff.

Everything was excellent. In fact we stayed longer than we initially intended. The manager was particularly helpful with my booking when I tried booking extra nights. It is close to the beach and we went for daily beach walks. There are great restaurants, cafes and bars close enough to walk to.

Close to Pismo Beach ( about 5-10 min walking distance ), clean , had a nice dog relieve area and an outside fireplace to hang out.

Traffic noice is pretty constant until late, closed windows help.

Comfy & Convenient

The bed and pillows were really comfy and the room was overall clean. It was nice staying here for Fourth of July since it’s a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and right next to the freeway.

It could be because everyone was using it but the AC wouldn’t stay on when it was on the “cool” setting. It would only stay on with the “fan” setting but the room wouldn’t get cold to the temp you want to set. Also, the lotion provided at the sink smelled old.
