Clear communication from staff about after-hours check in, very thoughtful room touches, modern and comfortable, great pet area outside.

The room is amazing!!! Great location, beautiful, spacious room and well decorated. Cafe in the room. Kind staff.

The shower. The water pressure was minuscule and in the morning just a warm water.. ( I guess in the summer it’s a plus!😀)

Excellent position and very clean.

Everything was excellent. In fact we stayed longer than we initially intended. The manager was particularly helpful with my booking when I tried booking extra nights. It is close to the beach and we went for daily beach walks. There are great restaurants, cafes and bars close enough to walk to.

The room was clean, quiet and well supplied with towels and tp. The area felt safe. It had a fridge and microwave. It is a short walk to the beach and promenade area of Pismo. It is easy to get to from the freeway. Laura, the manager, was personable and helpful.

Dog friendly stay near Pismo beach

Close to Pismo Beach ( about 5-10 min walking distance ), clean , had a nice dog relieve area and an outside fireplace to hang out.

Traffic noice is pretty constant until late, closed windows help.

Comfy & Convenient

The bed and pillows were really comfy and the room was overall clean. It was nice staying here for Fourth of July since it’s a 5-10 minute walk from the beach and right next to the freeway.

It could be because everyone was using it but the AC wouldn’t stay on when it was on the “cool” setting. It would only stay on with the “fan” setting but the room wouldn’t get cold to the temp you want to set. Also, the lotion provided at the sink smelled old.

when we first got there they couldn't find our reservation with my name and we had to go digging for the confirmation number, the upstairs neighbors also didn't abide by the posted "quiet hours".

Booked very last minute but very glad I did! Laura Jane was so lovely and friendly to chat to when I arrived to check in. We were very happy with room also, bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and lovely and clean. Location fab also as a walk to the beach only took us 5-10 minutes. Very happy customers!

Really cute room. Looks recently refreshed with decor, paint and carpet, and the bed was really comfortable.

Very close to the freeway on-ramp so there was traffic noise, and didn’t love lugging bags up the stairs to the second floor. We were right at the top of the stairs so everyone could see right into our window and we could hear them coming.

It was a quick stay but worked out perfectly!

Loved the black out curtains and the excellent location. Great value1 The price was super reasonable and the room was great. Staff was friendly. Beds comfy and all the basics were there- even a mini fridge which I'm not finding at a lot of places anymore. AC worked well.
