Super unclean. We asked to change rooms and even the second room was dirty. Not only that but we had roaches in there

I stayed because I needed to, but it would not have been my first choice if I had planned my visit.

It didn’t feel safe. The key system didn’t work and the person at check in had to go manually unlock the door. There were people loitering in the parking lot.

When I was checking in I was told the A/C and the door lock wasn't working and someone would meet me at the room to let me in. I canceled the reservation and thankfully found another available hotel but ended up paying a lot more.

I didn’t stay.

Nothing, when I arrived at the motel property the guy working behind the counter informed me that none of the AC units were not working at this property. So I said I was canceling due to no AC units working and he said he cancelled my reservation and I wouldn’t be charged and now I was charged for a night that was supposed to be cancelled.

Disappointed

Not much, the property is deteriorating at an alarming rate. I stayed there at the end of April and they said the air conditioning would be fixed soon. Not yet. Mattress was horrible, rooms need fresh paint to cover stains

One thing I tell you, I’ll never stay at the motel six they need better customer service

The place was ok the staff was rude at 3 pm the room wasn’t ready by the time we got to the room was almost 4 PM and one of the guest was very rude. She wanted to cancel my room after I paid for it, and I waited outside in my car for almost an hour for the room to be ready that was the worst experience I ever had a nice day at Motel 6 a lot but that was the worst not going back to that motel six at all they need to hire more staff to clean the rooms. I asked for the manager he didn’t wanna come up. It was the worst experience I ever had in my life.

Close to downtown Pismo

Our room was located on the 2nd floor R oom 201 on top of the office. The AC was broken, and the window can't be open all the way for security purposes, which I can understand. No fridge, no microwave, and no coffee maker. Additionally, the people checking after hours have no respect for guests who are sleeping ~ loud and rowdy!!

He was dirty there was hairs from other people on are restroom floor the shower was slimy. When we first got there to check in the told us the a/c was out the lady basically told us we couldn’t request a discount and if wanted to leave it’s on us that’s something they should of told us. Also well I was parked there a Rodiant got into my hood and damaged one of wires and is now leaking no good I wish I could get a refund terrible experience they need to work on the cleanliness….
