Motel power grid cant handle heaters, breakers constantly tripping

Breakers kept tripping from ti many rooms using heaters. Had to go down stairs 2 times myself, in top of another room yelling and complaining about the same issue in the middle of the night. Asked for refund for power constantly going out, didnt get refund. Was offred 35g off and use of another rooms shower. No acceptable. Wrote email to motel immediately. Desk girl came up upset about my harsh critical email which she called "VULGAR". Which it wasn't!!! Then was told we can full refund if we leave NOW(730 am, wife is still wet from shower) I told employee no thank u, and I want my refund...employee told me we needed to leave and she was calling police. I just wanted my money back for the constant power outage(breaker trips)! It's not my fault they installed new fireplace heaters that the buildings electric grid cant handle all of them being used at the same time in all the rooms. Expecting refund seems reasonable.

Comfortable and close to everything

Convenient to walk everywhere. Close to the beach, walking distance to it all.

We got the room with the spa bath tub. It was nice but it had some white plastic stuff covering the old stuff in the bottom of the tub and well when the water started to fill the tub the white stuff started to lift and other peoples hair started to come from underneath it. Very nasty.

How close it was to the beach and its pet friendly, so I was able to bring the travel cat

Well we booked on booking.com and it said the room came with a bathtub (which was important to me) and it didn’t. The room was pretty warm and there was no AC so I had to open the window, didn’t help much so it got a little hot during night, people were really loud and the window above the toilet had no curtains an though the window was foggy it’s still weird. Also (Don’t be the rude, inconsiderate person who takes up two parking spaces cause you suck at parking just fix it)

The hotel was in a great location to the beach. Everything was in walking distance.

The shower curtain was too short so when we showered the bathroom floor was all wet. Would have been nice to have coffee in the room. An evening cup while relaxing would have been nice. They did have morning coffee in the office.

Great Stay, Great Time at Pismo

The rooms were very spacious, accommodated my family very well. In the center of the town close to everything Plus it's literally a 2 min walk down to the beach and that was awesome. Will definitely be returning and booking with you guys

I loved how close the property was to the beach. The owner allowed us to park and enjoy the beach prior to check in.

The jetted tub had a whole bunch of cracks, and each crack was taped with white tape. A new one is definitely needed.

the location of the motel is great, the rooms are kind of ran down, I have stayed at this motel many times I was not happy with the check in time at all, the afternoon after 3:00 and your check out time is 11:00 AM not evan 24 hours for the amount we paid for the rooms, not good, ice machine broken you have to go in the office and ask for ice, curtains hanging off the windows, bed very unconfortable. I guess I was a little dissapointed in the condition of the motel. The girl at the desk when we arrived was wonderful very nice very friendly..

I was all of 100m from the beach, and there was plenty to do within a short walk of my room. The site itself was clean, and the staff were helpful.

For a motel 6, I found the price to be higher than what the hotel facilities would support. That being said, I was there the night before Independence Day so maybe there was an element of front loading the prices to go along with the public holiday.
