For the last 4/5 years we have visited Pismo Beach and ALWAYS stay at the Edgewater Inn and Suites. The location, the staff and the rooms are ALWAYS so nice! And it is a pet friendly hotel.

We’ve stayed at many hotels. This place has really comfortable beds and the location is great!!! Excellent stay. Steps to the beach and steps away from restaurants and shops!

The Edgewater Hotel is definitely worth a stay in Pismo. We have stayed here several times. The hotel is older but clean. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, stores & the beach. The hotel is reasonably priced. We like the room type with a balcony & partial ocean view. The elevator has recently been repaired so that was very convenient. They serve a very simple continental grab & go breakfast with pastries, bagels, fruit, etc. We recently stayed for 3 nights and never drove our car. Walked everyday to all of our favorite places & restaurants. Highly recommend!
