Good location, larger than average room size for the area. Comfortable bed.

Very small parking area. Shower valve handles were each on the wrong valve, making operation difficult. Electrical outlets on the bedside lamps had no power to use for recharging phones. Broken top on liquid soap dispenser at bathroom sink.

Great location, close to beach activities, shopping and dining. Beautiful sunset views. Ben at the front office was helpful and friendly. Our room was large, spacious and updated. Really comfortable bed and overall room. Would definitely stay here again!

The stay was great, but due to the bathroom, I will not be using this hotel again

I liked that it was close to everything that I needed to get to the shops food and very close to the beach

What I didn’t like is that we purchased this room for our anniversary me and my wife and we wanted the room with the spa tub unfortunately this was not an ADA room. I knew that when purchasing the problem is the doorway to the bathroom is so small that I could not even get my wheelchair slightly in the bathroom to use the bathroom. I should not have to choose between comfort and fun or using the facilities for an ADA room another thing is our shower did not work and when we did bring this up to management they said you just have to pull both knobs while we pulled them and we pulled them in 1 million times and it still did not work. Also management seemed very annoyed with the fact that we couldn’t get our shower to work so we did not bring it up any further we did love the spa tub and the bed was very comfortable and it was very convenient to get to places, but I wish hotels would understand that people in wheelchairs often need to use the bathroom and when you take a hotel, specially a big one like Hilton, for example, and you add such an amenity such as a spa tub people in wheelchairs are gonna want to use that too and what are you gonna do when you’re two ADA rooms are booked up and you have to put a wheelchair user in a regular room they’re gonna need to use the bathroom

I like the location is at the center of Pismo Beach city. Walking distance to Rosa Italian Restaurant while also walking distance toward the beach. Immediate access to tourist area and freeway. Night life is strong throughout the week.

Parking can be small if you drive a large vehicle but limited per room per slot in parking. During Sunday, driving out to the freeway will always be congested, so planning ahead is recommended strongly. If bringing pet, please announce present of any pets because there will be a fine. Other than that, room has power switches that isn't working. Only light source I got for my room was just a night table lamp which was florescent. My room came with a ceiling fan with light bulbs, but no lights. Instead, only a working fan. Oddly, there's AC unit. What's the point of having a ceiling fan vs an AC? When arrived, the bathroom had spilled shampoo on the shower floor. But most things were tidy. There were three hangers in the closet. No iron. Lobby opens from 9am to 9pm. Wished it was 24 hours.

Nice and enjoyed my stay

No breakfast but location was a couple of blocks from the beach. Nice walking distance to the pier. Air conditioning was not working for us but front desk helped right away. Good price and clean.

One of the employees was a little rude when l first asked for help with air conditioner not working and said it was working but it never cooled the room but once l went to the office the gentleman at the front desk immediately went up to the room and got it working.

Value and upscale stay in prime location!

Value price in the heart of all the action near the Pier. Plenty parking right in front of all rooms. Spacious rooms that look upscale and will impress your woman. A lot of channels on cable and plenty of towels.

Noisy and unruly neighbors but the property does emphasize in various places to keep the noise level down after 10pm and even closes the pool at 8pm for that reason as well.

Close to the beach, the staff was super nice!!

The pool was dirty, the room was pretty ran down, the bathroom door would get stuck and was super hard to pry open. The water pressure was terrible which made it impossible to shower, not to mention you had to put the hot all the way on just to take a slightly warm shower. The pillows were rock hard, paying $600 for 2 nights is outrageous!
