The staff was great! The bathroom sink was clogged and the shower was a bit of chore to find the sweet spot between scolding and freezing, was over a hundred dollars more than expected, but all and all we would stay again it was in a good spot and the view was amazing. We could have called the front desk about the issues but chose not to

While the property is nice, the service was unacceptable. Despite requesting early check-in the night before and calling again that morning, our room wasn't ready until after 4:00 PM. The staff watched me struggle with my 5-month-old baby and offered no assistance or empathy. To make matters worse, our pre-paid breakfast was canceled without notice. When I asked for a resolution, the receptionist rudely told me to "see if" the manager would give a refund, rather than taking responsibility. Between the blatant rudeness and the lack of basic amenities, I cannot recommend this hotel for families or business travelers.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable! All hotel staff was very friendly. Having a room next to the parking lot by the peir had its disadvantages. Great view but expect a lot more noise. Cars revving their engine late at night and the street sweeping ran very early in the morning.

We had such high hopes for this stay. The proximity to everything is awesome. However, the room was not clean. There were hair ties and cheez-its everywhere. Also we found marijuana roaches on the balcony. I hardly sleep because it was soooo noisy. We were kept awake at 5 am by the street sweeper. During the day it was LOUD!!! You could not relax at all. If you sit on the balcony the smell from the fire pits below is suffocating. Along with exhaust from the parking lot right outside. The staff was so kind. But I’ll never stay there again. I am not a complainer either. There was also men bringing in prostitutes. It was a lot of negative things. I’m sorry.

We stayed for two nights to celebrate our son’s birthday, and the trip got off to a great start—our room was ready much earlier than the usual check-in time. The staff was friendly, personable, and professional from the moment we arrived. Shortly after settling into our first room, we ran into a major issue (which will remain between us and the hotel staff). The front desk attendant, Anastasia, immediately stepped in, handled the situation, and moved us to a new room without hesitation. After getting comfortable in the second room, the General Manager reached out personally to apologize and made every effort to compensate us for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, the same issue popped up again—but once more, Anastasia sprang into action. She personally checked a third room, ensured it was issue-free, and upgraded us in the process. Once the dust settled, the rest of our stay was smooth sailing. We’ve stayed at this hotel many times and have never experienced any problems before. What really stood out was how quickly and professionally the entire staff handled everything. Because of that level of care and service, this definitely won’t be our last stay.

This place is super family-friendly with great food options. The food was delicious, and I loved being able to walk to the beach or nearby shopping. Food, coffee, and desserts were all just steps away! The rooftop was a great addition for enjoying a meal with a view. There was also a small heated pool that was perfect for my little ones. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The room was very clean and comfortable, although the bed was a bit firm for my taste. Overall, it was an amazing stay and I would definitely recommend it!

it’s like a bow on a pig bed is totally uncomfortable when the heater comes on. It sounds like there’s a 747 landing in your room, there was an annoying bar across the street that blasted music till 1 AM, we had a view of the valet parking lot this place absolutely sucks. Hilton should remove it from their queue.

We loved the Hotel however if you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and be able to sleep this is not the hotel. The bars across the street are super loud and you cannot sleep, too much noise going on all night and early morning. But if you a party goer then this is your spot! Also there is no parking only valet and it’s in a I’ve way street so be mindful when arriving otherwise you have to go a few blocks down and cone around again to be able to enter correctly into the hotel. Also there is a lot of traffic due to it being close to all the shops and restaurants.

The room was comfy & clean. The valet staff were AMAZING. The front desk staff did not greet us upon arrival & we had to keep inching closer and closer to the desk to be greeted and to be told to wait one moment. (Which doesn’t bother us, but they should start with that instead of ignoring). The screen door & bathroom door didn’t work well. But other than that, the room was great. The guest would benefit from being informed that the key starts the power in the room. Would recommend this hotel to everyone & stay there again. Thank you for the stay.

We stayed here for 7 nights and have stayed here in the past. As with before, the guest facing staff and the food and service in the restaurants were excellent. We were displeased with housekeeping in general as common areas - especially floors and carpets were dirty. They only came into our rooms every other day to clean and when they did, they didn't do a very good job either as dirty towels were left and the bathroom wasn't very clean when we first arrived either. They seemed to be understaffed with housekeeping - they probably should've told us on arrival as it would've tempered our expectations.

We were assigned a room that was designed for occupants that are mobility challenged and require assistance for normal in room activity. Neither my Wife nor I are affected with any of these conditions. This room should be reserved for the intended clients thus we were left feeling quite uncomfortable in this room. The Balcony door did not have a screen so leaving the door open to enjoy the Beach Air was not possible without allowing insects into the room. Overall, the facilities were very clean, and the staff was exceptional. We will most likely stay at a different location on our next trip.

Love the location, you can’t find a better location. Very noisy with cars looking for parking at the pier. Garbage collection and street sweepers start daily at 6-6:30AM. Only received 1 wash rag, 1 towel, no hand towels. I have long hair and wear makeup. I requested more. Still only got 1. Tissue holder was empty. Requested more, he left a box on the counter for me to install in the holder. Same with toilet paper. Door handle to bathroom door broke, called maintenance. He said it broke on him too, he left and next came back or explained what would be done. Still broken when we checked out. We still had a great time. Very convenient. Bell staff was top-notch!!! Prompt, friendly, always greeting you, fast too. Front desk was nice too. I would stay again, but it wouldn’t hurt if the upped service to the rooms a little more. A little pricey for the value received. But everything is expensive.

We had some minor inconveniences with our room that we reported at check out: main door not locking, closet doors not closing, filthy baseboards, truly all minor but several of those types of things. Spent the time to report it to front desk upon check out so they could be corrected for the next guest with no expectation they would do anything for us. Hadn't even considered it actually. Without prompting, the guy says he is going to have the manager call me because he wants to ensure we get some sort of credit because that is "too many things for one stay." The manager never called, and we never got any sort of credit. That was never the reason I reported it, but then the promise of it and then not doing it is what felt disappointing. We got so stoked because, oh my gosh, what great service, but then nothing happened. Otherwise, this property is conveniently located, the restaurant is good, and the valets are fast and courteous.
