The TIDES exceeded our expectations! We got a fully stocked kitchen, allowing us to enjoy friends and family as we prepared meals together. The ocean view was spectacular and in the evenings, enjoyed the sounds of the beach below. The maintenance, office, and housekeeping staff, were available when we needed help with the outdoor fire pit, BBQ grill, extra trash bags and towels. There were two beautiful clean outdoor firepit/BBQ gathering places (a 3rd one exclusively for beach house suite), which we utilized each night we were there. We had a total of 3 rooms and a cottage so the fire pits were a nice touch in the evenings. The office staff was super friendly and helpful, they answered and accommodated all our questions and needs. Plenty of parking. Special shout out to Zander who always had a smile and a greeting for us.
One room of our rooms was located in the main hotel and we could hear the guests in the room next door. In the cottages that was not an issue. Next time, we will just group up in the cottage.

Close location to beach and other areas of interest. Clean, comfy.
Fridge didn’t chill enough. Gardeners machines were noisy early in morning.

Found this place by accident and now it seems it’s very popular but we will be going back
Clean very updated yard for the kids to play in have family units and single rooms ocean views
They aren’t available when we needed it to be but that’s our fault last minute thing

Location
The bed was located right underneath the air conditioner above it, which was noisy all night long had to turn it off and sleep on the toilet was crooked and leaked the shower leaked
