The front desk was outstanding the way they solved the issues with maintaining a functional toom. One room was leaking through the wi dow when it raiined, the ither room lock dis not worked, the third riom was warm because ACis programmed to stop working after certain hours and just cool air was coming out. The first room was excellent with AC. The service was outstanding and the fastest in responding too so I was very satisfied but please ipdate the lighting bulbs in the bedroom. Ine bulb is okd LEDs which generate a lot if heat too. Again wonderful staff and courteous . I will stay again there.

Every team member greeted us with a genuine smile and was always ready to help with anything we needed, no matter the time or request. The hotel's atmosphere is very calm—perfect for relaxing and disconnecting from the fast pace of everyday life. The facilities were spotless, and everything was thoughtfully designed to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Without a doubt, one of the best services we’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Highly recommended—we’re already looking forward to coming back!

Ok this hotel is not good. They give you 2 very small bottles of water and they charge you if you want extra. Also the light system in the room is very confusing, not well lighted at all. The rooms are small and the walls of the bathroom are glass. Very noisy.

Terrible service, we asked for a double room and they were oversold, I had to pay for another hotel, There were no towels, poor maintenance of the Hotel, they left a plate with food for 3 days, Sunday finally, they changed us to a double room, we returned at night and the room It wasn't done... The shower didn't have a door. ETC... TERRIBLE SERVICE.

I thing management must to thing to provide training for stuff. No menu in English in the restaurant. Cleaning lady provides conditioner and shampoo in the shower after 2 days. Personal is really kined and try all the best. I think maneger nust to more. Thanks

First day we had no AC but staff was willing to accommodate, after that it was fine. For Mexico this was a good hotel. Loved the pool. Restaurant food was good and good choices. Water available throughout.

The girl who checked us in was rude and unprofessional. I had to convince her that I bought a special package which included breakfast. How she handled the situation was terrible. Room wasn’t ready until after 3 pm and the hotel was very empty. The room is set-up without a separate bathroom. The toilet and shower open into the room, no privacy. The sink is in the open once you walk in the room. I could go on with more complaints about staff and facility but I will just say, do not stay here. I can’t believe Marriott has their name on this property!
