The room and the gym

No access to apps on the TV,Netflix YouTube etc..,and i lost the valet ticket for my car and the hotel charged me on equivalent of 8 dollars,knowing that they new my name and i was a guest and a Hilton Honors member

I liked the hotel very much, but it is too far from places of interest for tourists

The hotel in general is nice, clean, staff is very helpful and the breakfast has a good variety of Mexican but also international options

The location is nice but not convenient when you want to visit the city. Mexico city is huge and the traffic is horrific, so it takes you very long to go the tourist places from the hotel

I didn't plan and didn't have time to write a review as we only stayed 1 day out of 3 at the hotel and went elsewhere. But before the checkout, we had an agreement to refund half of the cost of living, instead of 1/3, stipulated by the rules. At first, we were told that the return should come within 2-4 days ... did not come. We call and they give us new data: 15-30 days. We called after these days, they said within the next 72 hours a refund should come ... At the moment, 45 days have passed since the cancellation, and nothing.

Great stay, but it could be better

The hotel is very good, has an excellent gym, great breakfast and great staff, the only negative point was due to the laundry service, where I was informed that the clothes delivered until 10:00 in the morning would be delivered on the same day until 10:00 at night, I went to get the clothes the other day and to my surprise they had not yet washed, because the laundry is out of service, which was only informed after much insistence with another employee, result, I had to pick up the laundry and leave since there would be no way back in the hotel because my flight would leave iin a few hours on the same day
