Perfect mix of comfort, service, and location for a business trip.

Stayed here on a business trip and couldn’t have asked for more. The staff were kind and welcoming, the room was spacious with a very comfortable bed, and the breakfast had plenty of variety. The location is excellent for business meetings in the Santa Fe area, and the hotel facilities are top-notch.

Well located within the Santa Fe area, which is far from everything else though. Food was good, the beds and pilows a little uncomfortable, needs upgrading.

Everything was very good, mainly the staff, everyone was very kind, polite and helpful.

The breakfast was very good and varied.

The only observation we have is that when we take a shower the water comes out under the shower room door. It's a defect in the bathroom floor. Everything else was very good.

Never staying there again

Location is good

I was at the 11th floor and the water pressure in the shower was very low and inconsistent I asked to check a night earlier, they said it wasn't possible because I had already paid upfront and they don't do refunds. They wouldn't even agree to transfer this night to another one of their other branches in another location I requested that they help me with sending out a postcard, the lady on the phone sounded super helpful and said that she would leave a message at the front desk while I'm checking out. At check out, of course no message was left and when I tried to explain again no one spoke English nor could help.

Great value for money . while there are better options in the area, there are much more expensive. this is a very good option on a lower price and still great location

the room while large (until the suite) had a very small desk for a business traveller such as myself. the TV set was in a place that I almost hit my head on it a few times
