A really nice stay

This property was clean and simple. very spacious with a lovely view looking onto Cuajimalpa. Good value for money. The wifi was perfect and love that there was no key and just a keypad for entry.

Showers were far too powerful, the water would go everywhere and hurt your body! There was also a lack of lots of cutlery like bowls to eat from.

The apartment is nice and has a really nice view. The facilities are nice, the cleaning is included for long term and the cleaning and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful.

However, when we moved in the first night it was infested with cockroaches (in the kitchen). The next day the building management sent someone (not really an exterminator) but he did a good job as afterwords we saw only once a roach in the kitchen. We stayed long term with a small baby and the area/infrastructure around the building is very inadequate and in poor condition for pedestrians, so the place is not appropriate for long term or with children.

I enjoyed staying in this apartment a lot! Everything was new, great bathroom with shampoo, shower gel, and air conditioner. The water pressure was always good and the water was hot, which is important to me as it was cold outside 😄 Walmart, 7 eleven is nearby and a beautiful Santa Fe park is 20 minute's walk. It's a but far from the city center, but if you drive on the weekend it's about 30 minutes. Amazing kitchen with everything you need for cooking, big TV with Netflix . It was very convenient to have two bathrooms. The company also offered free cleaning after 10 days of stay!

The construction site nearby and the apartment on the same floor had construction going on. You can hear the noise from the streets even with fully closed windows.

Great apartment at a big road in front

Great apartment, great building full of amenities, gym, business room, park in the building. Responsive team of people. Premium soap and shampoo stuff.

Not the basic stuff to get you started, no coffee, no oil for cooking, etc. Very noise road in front and you hear the huge trucks going by at night. If you are a light sleeper, this might be a problem. Idea of solution: soundproofing.

The apartment was absolutely gorgeous. There are plenty of views from our room. The facility has a game room, a child play area and a gym as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful There is a mall about 4 mins away that is huge! Great location.

Me gustó mucho el departamento muy cómodo y limpio, sobretodo la amabilidad y atención del personal , todos súper amables y serviciales. Definitivamente volveremos

Solo una observación las toallas estaban muy percudidas y aunque estaban limpias no lo parecían . Sería bueno cambiarlas

Un gran lugar de hospedaje en Santa Fe

Si , es un alojamiento amplio que cuenta con cama grande y cómoda. Había agua caliente , doble baño, sala y en general fue agradable. Es una buena opción si estás en Santa Fe

Es compleja la entrada al lugar , así como el estacionamiento es muy pequeño y no tiene señalizaciones de donde están los sótanos. Estaría bien que en el cuarto pusieran la clave del wifi

Muy bonito el departamento

Hacía demasiado frío y aunque había una cobija era delgada, no hay calefacción y NO hay comunicación con el portero para avisar del Uber, Uber eats, etc.

La peor experiencia de mi vida (y he estado en hostales y hoteles de paso), por el precio no esta al nivel de otros aloj

El cuarto tenia humedad, solo nos quedamos una noche de las 2 pagadas porque la humedad es muy mala y personas con asma o alergias que es nuestro caso, son mucho mas sensibles; llegamos por la noche y al siguiente día por la mañana mi esposo no podía respirar y tuvimos que salir a buscar otro alojamiento. Las fotos de la pagina han de ser de cuando era nuevo el lugar, no tiene un mantenimiento adecuado, hay moho en el baño, oxidado, el sótano 3 parece un basurero completo, autos viejos abandonados, toda una parte con colchones viejos, refrigeradores, sillas y cosas viejas, la basura completamente desbordada de los botes, en general un experiencia fatal, incluso el lugar en general parece tipo clandestino, mucho ruido en la habitación, no porque la cdmx sea ruidosa, sino porque se encuentra justo sobre la autopista y las paredes y ventanas permiten filtrar toda clase de ruidos, no puedo entender como los comentarios lo califican con mas de 8 e incluso tener mejor calificación como stadia suites, Barceló o Paragon que son por mucho mejores alojamientos de la zona

Estancia placentera.

La ubicación es perfecta para visitar el Centro Comercial Santa Fe sin tener que pagar estacionamiento, solo tienes que caminar un poco y listo. El departamento es elegante y muy completo, las facilidades para la llega y la salida tan bien son agradables. En general todo bien, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

En general la zona es muy ruidosa por estar sobre la carretera, así que todo el tiempo pasan autos y camiones haciendo mucho ruido.
