On Thursday (28.06.2023) I had to work late, when I got to the hotel around 23:00hrs, my room didn't have water to take a shower, not even enough to brush my teeth. In addition, I sent you an email ([email protected]) requesting a change in the accommodation voucher (GUEST FOLIO) and, so far, I have not had a response.

Stinky!

when I got to the hotel, I was very tired and slept. When I walked up entered to the bathroom, and was stinking. it seems that the previous occupant, threw up. Although everything was clean the smell was terrible. I asked to be changed from the room, and was told that there wasn’t an available room. I asked again to please get a solution. left for the whole day and came back very late to find the same situation. The next day my room was changed, but it was too late…

I really enjoy staying at this chain, it always meets expectations and makes the stay super comfortable and pleasant. There was no hot water for the bathtube but I didn't call to get help as it was already too late. However, the service at the reception, room service, wi-fi, restaurant, they are all amazing employees.

It is a great hotel not for all types of clients and we are not paying a low rate, we pay what the hotel is worth, so, why charge for internet? I didn't have to pay for it, but having to call to get help to get it set up (it was great service), it is a little hazzle, why making your clients having to go throuh that when everyone has free wi-fi?
