I had a great time and a full rest in this nice hotel

Very nice modern concept room consıstıng of two enough big parts, and a balcony where you can walk and look at the city.The location is excellent in every sense.Great varied breakfast in a cozy atmosphere. They even prepared separate vegan dish for us. So friendly staff who helped with all questions.The price and quality are appropriate and in my opinion inexpensive I very recommend it for a short trip.

There is little space for a shower and toilet. but this did not affect the overall impression

This was a great, two-day stay. I booked a junior suite with a hot tub and everything was perfect. I love that the hotel has a spa section upon request (which I of course used). The staff was super kind and efficient.

My only complaint is that they charged my credit card a special verification fee, but after letting staff know they took care of it right away and the charge was eliminated.

The room was spacious, with a comfortable bed, a large bathroom and a nice view of the Santa Fe neighborhood. I appreciated the free bathrobe and slippers. I had a great night's sleep.

Although staff were always very kind, they were not necessarily efficient. Upon checking in, I requested a room change because mine didn't have plug sockets next to my bed. I had to come down to the counter twice because no one answered the phone. The problem got fixed, but it took like 40 minutes. They also didn't want to initially honor the 10% discount for food and drinks that Booking.com offered and I had to send them a confirmation email indicating that was the case. Food is definitely overpriced (seems to be a problem with this hotel chain). Nonetheless, the hotel is a beautiful property and these were just minor inconveniences. I would stay here again.

They place was very well kept. We felt secure in the facility. It was a good distance from the places we needed to go to.

The staff didn't explain the parking process. It was very inconvenient to have to go get our parking ticket stamped, at the front desk every time we would need to exit the parking lot.The ticket never worked, so we would have to call each time.

Great location. Good value for the price. There are better options for just about the same price or a little more.

Upstairs the restaurant had water leaking. It was raining hard, but the benedit if getting things fixed by major hotel chains is key to show their commitment to their brand as a top hotel chain in Mexico. Some decoration fixtures can be renovated with more updated ones. It is a comfortable hotel and again, it is a good value stay with a good location.

Expensive with no value for money. Amenities and foood ordinary, rooms looked old and not particularly what one expects at this price point. Seemed cheap.

The size of the room

There was no coffee machine and no freezer in the room, also I received a message before my stay confirming I was able to check in after 1 pm but when I showed up at the accommodation they told me the room would be available only after 3 pm. The hotel looks abandoned a little bit.
