Absolutely stunning property! Clean and modern, worth it’s price. The area is beautiful right across Independence Park and nice restaurants. There’s a nearby Wingstop and City Market for your convenience. Only downside was the entrance was hard to locate at first, but overall highly recommend this place and the staff were absolutely kind!

They assigned us a room that had a broken window, they knew about it and didnt tell us upon our arrival, we had a bad first night because we had to crank up the AC, and turned it off when it got too cold, so when we turned it off the room got really hot because of the broken window.

No water every night between 10pm - 6 am. Extremely loud construction noise throughout the entire night.

The suite was spacious, clean and quiet. I enjoyed cooking on the gas stove. The bathroom was a little smelly (the sewers?), but otherwise it was a perfect stay.

Good experience. Only thing I did not like is that pictures are not accurate. They depict high rise building, but actual suites are below ground. Window facing a construction site and not what it looks like on the pictures. Other than that great place and location.

Staff was very helpful. room was very clean and modern with lots of views. Construction noise was noticeable and some next door loud noises echoed thru the walls. Overall i would grade it as 4 out of 5.

The view from the room was construction site, no free parking as advertised, no breakfast, bed too hard for me and a/c no too strong

The beds were to hard for my back, the view from the rooms was not nice at all, The air conditioned needs improvement specially in the morning time the master bedroom gets too hot.....breakfast unavailable

Under staffed hotel the the available staff is also under trained (it takes too much time for them to input items on the bill or they are incorrectly inputed). They do not adapt to customers needs. I had to stay an extra night and I found a better price for a bigger suite in their own hotel through Expedia than the price they had for a smaller suite in the hotel counter. The breakfast they offer is poor and has deteriorated. In a previous stay they offered fruits and orange juice delivered to your room now they only left a couple of cookies, a small box Corn Flakes, and a small box of juice.

I was here on business. I bounced around hotels in Mexico City looking a perfect one but i had no luck. After a few different hotels, i found this one. It is so perfect, that i stayed the remainder of my stay here. I base my hotel preference on price, location, security, cleanliness, and hospitality. Anything more is a bonus. I will need to come to this city often for business and i plan to stay here every time if there is vacancy. This hotel is perfect.

Hotel was very close to my meeting - walking distance. Hotel was very clean and modern. Staff (Jose) was very helpful in setting up taxis and making recommendations. Free breakfast tuned out to be room service after 7:45 (??)AM. I was long gone to my meeting so I didnt get to enjoy. No business center but Jose printed my airline tickets at the main counter.
