Everything great. I would definitely stay again, but please, fix the heater and buy new luxurious towels and a bath mat!

The location is excellent as well as the valet and rest of the staff. Breakfast was very good and coffee excellent. The apartment beautiful and very clean.

The heater in the main room didn’t work. After 30 minutes it turned off and showed an error message. My parents (seniors) froze that night and couldn’t sleep. The bathroom towels were extremely old, raged and thin, what you would expect to see in a very cheap hotel room. No bathroom mat to exit the shower and no hand towels were provided. It would’ve well worth it to invest in new towels that match the place.

The location is perfect

It is old, it was super cold with no heating system. They only give you one key with chip that opens the elevator and lobby doors, and the service was not friendly.

The place was quite dirty, towels were dirty and stained, sheets smelled like they hadn't been changed from precious guests, one of the courtesy water bottles was half drunk. Pillows were really old and had lots of knotts and the bed in the smaller bedroom was also uncomfortable and old. The bed in the main bedroom was ok. The showers clogged the water which wasn't the best considering the cleanliness. .we tried to stay another night and they wanted to charge around 3,800 on the spot but suggested online was cheaper. One of the male staff was quite rude.

We'd use this hotel again!

Very spacious room with a comfortable king-size bed. We arrived after midnight, but there is 24-hour service, so it was not a problem at all. The room is larger than we expected. Great city/courtyard view.

There's a stove top but there's nothing to cook with: No pot, no pans. Not that we'd cook anyway. Just thought it's a little odd to have a stove top without anything at all to cook with. A microwave oven might be a better option.

Overall, it wasn’t worth a penny

I chose a suite with a kitchen so I could cook, but when I arrived, I found it wasn’t clean enough to feel comfortable doing so. The fridge door handle was dirty, and the washroom wasn’t very clean either. There was no liquid hand soap, just a tiny bar of soap, which was quite ridiculous. It was also cold, and there was no air conditioner or heater in the living area—only one in the bedroom. I even wanted to cancel my stay, but since I had booked through Booking.com, the process was confusing. The hotel told me to cancel through the website, while the website said I should contact the hotel—so I eventually gave up. After a couple of days, I also told the hotel staff that their breakfast always included meat (mostly pork), which I don’t eat. They said they might try to do something about it. My point is that when you describe your breakfast, you should clearly mention that it’s very limited—so people don’t rely on it or expect much variety. For my second week, I stayed at an Airbnb in Polanco, which was much nicer, cleaner, and surprisingly cheaper. This was my first trip to Mexico, and I assumed a hotel would be safer and more reliable, but I was completely wrong. I ended up paying more for a place that I thought would let me cook and save money, but since the kitchen was unusable, I had to eat out and spend even more.

Location is convenient for a family near the park and the supermarket, quite. Size Friendly personal

The cleaning: there was hair and dust in the corners and on the furniture. At night it was very cold. The A/C/heater was extremely loud, it was a portable unit and only in the bedroom.

Ok, but not as clean as it should be

Breakfast included daily was nice. Good location. Safe area. Easy to find and nice restaurants, shopping center and stores nearby. Spacious apartment.

A bit of noise from the roads. VERY slow Internet. The TP-Link internet router is a year 2012 model. There was water left in the coffee pot. Nothing to clean the apartment with. It was dirty. Dust on the lamps. Needed to be VACCUMMED and not just swept with a broom. I did not want to use the glasses or dishes.

I enjoy all my stay in this hotel, I only can say that the room have some old stuff but is not a issue
