The rooms temperature is only for hot weather You cannot raze the temperature more tha 18 C I ask for help because the room was freezing They say that the only solution was blankets I end sleeping in a freezing room I got sick , because I had to work in the desk during the night Also it’s getting rusty

The staff were very helpful in getting us from the hotel to destinations. They were also very helpful with anything requested. Room was not cleaned very well and there were no cups to make tea.

My stay was great. Everything was clean. My view was great from my window. I was a little cold and did not know how to use the thermostat or if they hat a heater. I felt safe. Most of the turist area is some distance away,but if you are there for buisness and most of your event is in santa fe I highly recommend

It was very cold in the evening and the room does not have a heating system. You could ask for a room heater or a blanket. I'm not a fan of yoom heaters so I chose to sleep with a jacket on.
