My stay was great. Everything was clean. My view was great from my window. I was a little cold and did not know how to use the thermostat or if they hat a heater. I felt safe. Most of the turist area is some distance away,but if you are there for buisness and most of your event is in santa fe I highly recommend

It was very cold in the evening and the room does not have a heating system. You could ask for a room heater or a blanket. I'm not a fan of yoom heaters so I chose to sleep with a jacket on.

The hotel personnel EXCEEDINGLY friendly and accommodating. Because of a misunderstanding at the time of arrival (I thought Expedia had charged my credit card, which apparently it had not) the front desk offered an upgrade us to a suite (gorgeous) which unfortunately we could not take because my wife has mobility problems. One thing that was not satisfactory is that the linens were very, very, tired. The last night of our stay one of the towels was literally in shreds. Notified the front desk at check-out

Pros: Good location, ok breakfast. Cons: Slow check in, almost 1 hour to check in. Shower door missing, bathroom got all wet. Sink clogs. Cheap motel quality towels and sheets. Not what you expect from such a prestigious chain.

I travel with small carry on and one of my pants were missing in the room the manager didn’t do anything to resolve the issue left very upset!
