The most awful stay in Mexico City.

Not at all. There’s no parking lot, no one to clean the apartment, no water supply from the second day. Also, we have 3 persons in the apartment, but only one key. Everything is terrible.

Do not trust Eduardo Martinez! Promises a lot and never delivers!

The location! The apartment is in one of the best locations in Santa Fe. AT the garage level you can go into the fancy supermarket, across the street you will find a shopping center with great stores.

The staff! No one over there helps you. I was asking for new towels on my 4th night at there (because they don't clean the room daily).. I was asking why because they announced them as a hotel, but the receptionist told me that they are an AIRBNB, so I asked her then why I don't have enough tools in the kitchen, nor the welcome soaps and shampoos in the bathroom, and she told me because they are a hotel. So I asked her to define and she couldn't answer me. No one help me to resolve my problem, and when I asked to talk with someone else they gave me the name of Eduardo Martinez who was so nice to me, but one month after my staying there he didn't resolve me anything! He promised to return the cost of the last night to my credit card and give me a free night when I next stay in Mexico City. Neither of the two things I received a month after my stay! I definitely do not recommend this place at all.

location was great. general areas very nice. beds and showers were good.

the furniture was not clean, the unit feels not very clean. i had to ask for the floors to be cleaned because our feet were black after we just showered.
