They don’t deliver on what they offer.

They offer a room with 2 beds and when you arrive they claim Booking.com has an error and the room only has 1 bed. No help whatsoever. Terrible.

The water pressure of the shower was awful, the space of the room was very little, the room service was awful (they never answered) the staff was not ver helpful and the complimentary breakfast finished too early

It was OK. I will stay at one of the other nearby hotels next time.

Location and staff were both good

Room was very cold and dark. All lights were dim. Women need a good light over the bathroom sink. Only 1 small hand towel and 1 large bath towel that was very warn out.

Hotel is great, staff makes it a place I never want to return to.

Having 20+ years experience in the hotel business I usually check everything wherever I stay at. For this hotel, location is very good, facilities are well taken care of, there is good cleanliness in general, food is so-so, however, staff service received SUCKS (like that, with all capitals) from most of the people we met.

1) a female manager using foul language (obviously we were close enough to hear her) during a meeting with two employees in a closed restaurant that had no "closed" sign in it (and no one else directing us to the other restaurant). 2&3) morning front desk staff rudelly giving us a categorical "no" answer when we asked if I had forgotten my wallet and coin bag in the room. Same thing with evening staff until I remembered I had left it in the open room safe. Security manager went to look and came back with my belongings. Security manager was the ONLY person who apologized. 4) we had to summon restaurant staff every time we needed something. No apologies received here either.

The hotel does not provide parking and the available private parking service at the building is a complete headache, if you need parking definitely go for another hotel that has it.

the beds were too hard, I expected the room to be a little bigger, so that at least it had a small closet
