HORRIBLE

the view has always been great. this is a rebranded and “remodeled” hotel, the only good thing left is the view.

Horrible, DIRTY, no maintenance, no staff, only whatsapp “help” with unhelpful people behind it. They leave a poor “security” guy that cant help with anything. overall horrible. Room was freezing, you cannot control the temp, and they told me, through whatsapp, that I couldn’t have another blanket or anything else until the next day (i asked for it at 5:30pm) because there was no staff to give it to me. Cannot express how dirty and broken everything is

Good view, but TONS of issues

The view was great

This is only based on my personal experience, but I had a terrible time with the cleanliness of the hotel room. There was dust everywhere, and every time I hung a shirt in the closet, puffs of dust would come out. The shower also wasn't very clean and the sink had hair. However, the worst issue was with the pipes. Only scalding hot water came out of the shower and sink. I complained about this as soon as I noticed the problem. They kept assuring me someone would be sent to fix it and that the technician was on their way. Unfortunately, for hours, no one ever showed up. I even had security come check the water temperature in my room, and they confirmed it was too hot to take a shower. When I escalated the issue further to management, they completely disregarded the fact that no technician had arrived. Instead, they just sent me a link with instructions on how to turn on the cold water. This was after I had already sent them proof that there was a clear problem with the pipes or water switches. I have tons of pictures and videos on all the issues mentioned above.

la habitación era amplia la cama hacia la vista a la ciudad me pareció algo padre, tenía todo, me gustó que hubiera jabón líquido acondicionador shampoo y eran envases grandes de buena calidad, cafetera televisión, tina de baño, regadera amplia, agua caliente, caja fuerte, hasta plancha

lo único que no me gustó es que no estuviera indicado afuera que ahí era kukun, esa puerta de la calle a la entrada donde tienes que tocar el timbre y no está especificado cucún me quedé un rato afuera sin saber qué hacer porque no estaba segura si era ahí y el pasillo de la entrada hacia el elevador tampoco te indica que la recepción está en el quinto piso entonces es un poco confuso

Yo si vuelvo, porque es para descansar y el precio es muy accesible.

La ubicación es excelente... yo voy solo a dormir o sea que es un lugar excelente para después de trabajar llegar descansar y al otro dia volver al trabajo. Precio muy bueno ... Alrededor hay muchos restaurantes de comida y tiendas de conveniencia.

No hay estacionamiento. Muy cerca esta un estacionamiento (muy muy cerca) pero es ajeno al hotel. Hay que ponerse de acuerdo con ellos para que puedas dejar el carro en la noche. Al final me salio barato, pero creo mas porque el muchacho se apiado de mi o varios del hotel llegan ahi. El estacionamiento abre a las 9:00am, si sales mas temprano te tienes que poner de acuerdo con el vigilante, de nuevo, como que están acostumbrados, al final no tuve problema pero si es algo que atender. Tiene una TV inteligente, pero no hay cable ni TV abierta. O llevas un stick de AMAZON o esos nuevos, o te la pasas en YouTube. No hay servicio de aseo, si estas mas de 5 dias te lo hacen 1 vez, pero no hay problema con eso si solo vas a dormir. En caso de un problema, hay un WhatsApp donde comunicarte, en mi caso no funciono pero marque al numero y me contestaron y resolvieron mis dudas ...

La ubicación es genial y el trato de recepción es lo máximo son muy amables

Mi habitación estaba algo sucia había basura del huésped anterior, el agua de la habitación se tardaba más de 15 minutos en salir caliente y es un desperdicio horrible de agua, el clima se descompuso y pasé un día entero con abanico y tenía calor, no dejan toallas suficientes y no hay una toalla o tapete para salir del baño

Cómoda estadía con lindas vistas a la zona de Santa Fe.

Las vistas desde practicamente cualquier parte de la suite fueron lo mejor. De igual manera el control de iluminación y persianas, junto con la cama hizo bastante cómoda mi estadía de 1 noche.

Hubieron ratos que se daban ruidos como cuando los muebles o la misma estructura del edificio se "acomoda", si bien no fue un gran inconveniente, esto me despertó en 2 ocasiones, aunque, cabe mencionar que fue una noche con lluvia y viento.

El alojamiento está bien solo que no le funciona el aire acondicionado y cuando reclamas te dicen que no tiene arreglo, ósea de 9 am a 7 pm no podías estar porque era un infierno el calor que hace y no te limpian el lugar

Asqueroso lugar. Lo peor. Las sábanas desgastadas. Las cortinas sucias y rotas. El marco de la camam con manchas de vino tinto. El piso suicio. Los muebles despostillados. De verdad no se queden aquí. Como me urgía conseguir hotel para el mismo día, reservé sin opción de cancelación, pero cuando vi el terrible lugar, me tuve que ir de ahí. Solicité la devolución de cualquier forma pero nunca recibí respusta del dueño.

La vista

Las instalaciones están súper descuidadas. Habían manchas de café por todas partes y las toallas era muy pequeñas y parecían bastante viejas. El lugar no tenía estacionamiento (como lo indican previamente) y hay que tener en cuenta que el Valet Parking cobra 30 pesos por hora. El servicio de front desk muy malo.
