I have trouble in the bathroom, when I take a a bath I’m falling, I slipped in the tub and you don't put anti-slip in the tub, my knee is really hurt

Everyone was super helpful and friendly. The room had an incredible view of Santa Fe. The bed was super comfy.

The elevators were a bit confusing but the person at the front desk did a good job of explaining.
