Spacious, but spartan - bring your own supplies

- Spacious suite room with kitchen facilities, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, laundry machine, spacious bathroom - Good location close to a giant mall, restaurants, shopping - Working air conditioning - Decent wifi speed, available in rooms and public space without password - Nice gym facilities - Filtered water dispenser in halls and gym - Easy to find, easy loading/unloading in front of entrance

- Furnishings felt spartan and corporate, not comfortable. Couch an uncomfortable rubbery material. Not a place I wanted to spend time, felt appropriate just for sleeping and working. - Rooms had appliances, but basically no supplies except water. There's a coffeemaker, but no filters, coffee, tea, or milk. There are dishes, but no soap for cleaning the dishes. There's a laundry machine, but no laundry detergent. There is a range and pots, but no spices or cooking oil. At least there was soap and shampoo in the bathroom. - Air conditioning only had auto and fan modes, no "cool" mode. So whatever temperature you select, it will heat or cool as needed to maintain that temperature. I would have preferred to select cool mode and have a max temperature, but allow it get cooler overnight. - Shower can get very slippery when wet

Great Area

The studio was lovely and the bed very comfortable. My dog was welcomed there with bed and food bowls already in the room. There was a terrace where I could take my dog to do his business and he was welcome in the restaurant

I wasn't told about the terrace on arrival and there was no place to comfortably walk my dog. The terrace had no spot allocated for dogs so mine ended up peeing on the rug. The temperature control in the room didn't operate correctly or I wasn't told how to use it. It would go down to 15 degrees during the night! No coffee provided in the room.
