Dishonest tip procedure for room service and room temperature drinks

I love how it was directly connected to Samara shops

The refrigerator didn't work. There wasn't an ice/water machine. The room service attendant tried getting 20% MORE OF A TIP even though there was an auto gratuity already added for 15%. He literally told me I needed ro tip him 600 MORE pesos but in cash only. He didn't leave until I gave him 300 more on top of the 15% i already paid. I felt very pressured as he was standing in my room. They should really tell the truth on tipping

I had a good expectations for this brand but unfortunately for me on Friday the service at the pool is not correspond for the money that I paid, we ordered aperol sprits and they snd the beverages 45 minutes, and we only share the pool with 4 people more The receptionist doesn’t reflect the payment, didn’t mentioned how works the parking At the lobby we pass more than 10 minutes and nobody give the welcoming till the staff ends their work and change the turn Sadly to the brand

The hotel was OK in general, the food expensive for what they offer.

It was our wedding night and we let the staff know that prior to our arrival, and we didn’t get any special attention or courtesy. We expected more from such a big hotel chain as Hilton. The TV had very few channels and the minibar didn’t work.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. The facilities are all well maintained and the food is great. This is our third time here and we will definitely be back.

The rooms are lovely, very quiet, comfy beds. The breakfast buffet was also great. Staff very friendly.

The small warm pool was very dirty. Desperately needed a clean as water was murky/cloudy with visible floaties.

the shower was horrible, no pressure and no way to have the water at a mid temperature, since the first day I complained at the front desk about it and they did not do anything about it. also the tv was not working properly and the toiletries were almost empty.

Nice hotel in Santa Fe

Nice hotel in a good location right above the Samara shopping center. The pool is pretty (even though it was too cold for a swim), the 24/7 gym is a great addition and the breakfast which was already included in the room rate was good. Reception staff was friendly and helpful most of the time.

We had constant issue with the water (either there was a shortage for many hours or the water came out very hot or very cold), which made it a bit uncomfortable for us. The cleaning service was very slow. Parking arrangement is inefficient and tiring.
