Good location, but no heating in the building

The location is very nice and the breakfast ist outstanding

Overall, I would come back to the hotel for its location and service.

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes. The restaurant staff provided excellent service. Due to the location of the restaurant, it sometimes took a while to get there due to the continuous use of the elevators.

In the room there were some things that perhaps needed more maintenance but otherwise everything was fine.

A comedy of errors (many things went wrong!)

Staff were super friendly and helpful - very supportive when I needed something (and many times I did!). The pool was lovely and warm with nice furnishings. Breakfast was ok.

I came to get some peace and luxury but it became a comedy of errors. Unfortunately there was a very loud party happening nearby late at night. I awoke at midnight and couldn't sleep so they offered me another room on the other side of the hotel and another floor - I moved at 2am! In my new room there was no hot water so I had a freezing shower at 7am (they fixed it later around 12). I made a booking for a massage in the spa but when I arrived there was nobody there (I waited half an hour). The bedroom was very cold and here's no heating (they gave me a portable heater the next day), the breakfast room was also extremely cold. The location is far from everything interesting - it's only worth it if you have a car.

Nice area

Very nice safe area, varied breakfast, nice pool and gym. Spacious room with good view. Near the hotel there is an excellent shopping center with a cinema and an excellent shop where you can buy souvenirs and local products

reception staff they were extremely unprofessional, it took over 4 hours for they to check us in, even I did my reservation a month ahead… they were very rude and not helping at all

we always stay here, we love the hotel, but this time the toilet was not flushing. We needed to have it replaced. After that the hot water in the shower stopped working for the last 2 nights. The room door was very squeaky. The pool was cold, they turn it on after we told them but it takes more than a day to warm
