Great hote, one of the best I have stay in Mexico City

Location is great, restaurant is really nice, I think the only issue I saw was that some of the table seats are too soft and it puts you down from the table, they should be higher.

Everything was great. The hotel is really nice, staff is one of the best things in the hotel everyone is very friendly and always willing to help

The experience was the most comfortable ever, the staff was super super helpful and friendly. The rooms were so clean and comfortable, the sight to the city was so beautiful, everything was perfect, definitely I must return to this hotel.

Nice views

I only stayed for one night.. the bed is comfortable, the room is clean, and I always appreciate when they have slippers and a bathrobe. The view was also nice.

Did not like the fact that they didn't ask if I needed any help before they grabbed my things. I appreciate them taking my luggage out of the car when I arrived, but following me to check in, waiting for me and grabbing my luggage guiding me to my room, and then entering the room without asking if it was okay was not appropriate for me. I only had one rolling luggage, I could of done it myself. I did not feel at all comfortable with that.
