The property is located conveniently between Lomas and Santa Fe, perfect place to meet with friends and family.

The attention to details! Cleanness 10/10, the vinyl record player as you walk out from the elevator to your floor! Special mention to the Mezcal- grapefruit-escamoles waiting for me as I walk out of the elevator to my floor. 😃 the staff : Olivia who kept our room flawless even with our funky hours of occupancy. 10/10 Alberto, Andrea Diego! Gracias (reception) Arrived at 4am ! We were welcomed as if was 12 noon.. Jose Luis, Bryan, Cristofer! Thank you ! Excellent service, very professional and polite. Peace and comfort away from the hustle and bustle of the city center--excellent stay!

Pros: Excellent, friendly, attentive, and efficient service by staff. I had some mild health issues during my stay and the staff were incredible--they even called a doctor to evaluate me in the comfort and privacy of my own room (shoutout to the concierge!). The room was spacious, clean, and modern. The bed and pillows are a dream. Natural light is excellent given floor-to-ceiling windows. The food (we only had breakfast) was great as well.

Cons: The bathroom sink does not have much room to accommodate a toiletries kit and the shower's water pressure was mild. Location is undesirable for tourism purposes, as it is ~40 mins removed from the city center, but if you want peace and quiet in a more residential area, this is the hotel for you.

Fancy but not that fancy

The bed was perfect in a quiet (business like) area with an expensive shopping mall attached to it. We had a free late check-out till 14:00 that was nice. The free drinks (one evening) in the hallway of the hotel.

The arrival was good, but they didn’t explain anything about their spa and how to book it and no info was given about the area. The food of the room service was very bad and way too simple for a high class hotel. The app they had for questions was not downloadable for us. And the wooden bathroom curtains were blocking the bathroom door. Besides the shower had pressure issues (solved after the first stay). Time to Roma area with Uber was about 25 minutes (so not very close to this fun neighbourhood).

this was my second visit within a couple of months, and this experience was even better than my first. All of the staff members I engaged with were very helpful, and wanted to make sure I had the best experience.

The hotel was exquisite - architecturally and decor. calm and serene. top notch.

I needed a taxi right away to get to an event - so a hotel taxi was offered. for 500 pesos. exorbitant - when an Uber was 180 for the same distance in rush hour!
