The temperature was very hot in the apt in the afternoon and the fans / windows help that much. Also the rooms had a machinery / dusty smell to them. Like something was overheating and running for a while. The smell didn’t go away with the windows open. Not sure what it was.

The reception is nothing like the photos which made us think wrong place, no heating controls in room, ground floor room was like a basement, odd banging all night from that room like a door or lift but couldnt tell where from and also the room needs sorted out: loose toilet seat, mouldy curtains, dirty sofa, spotlight bulbs different colours, better bedding, etc

• cute city view, spacious units, small outdoor balcony • rooftop work areas, small gym with weights • 24/7 security on site, coffee shop on ground floor • slightly out from main foreigner area, but easily walkable to Condesa/Roma • next to Nuevo Leon Metrobus station (lines 1, 2) + close to Chilpancingo Metro station underground (line 9)

• no AC (!) Sunlight heats the room 20°F higher than street level, even with curtains drawn. • wifi cuts out at night (doesn't even appear) • road traffic can be very loud (lots of honking, even on 6-8th floor) • missing some amenities (coffee and tea provided, but no water kettle or coffee maker) • stove vent fan didn't work, fridge kept leaking water

A bit disappointed with the amenities and overall booking. Didn't really look like what we expected.

The bed was comfy and internet was working well. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The booking we got didn't really look like the one in the pictures. We were settled on main floor, right beside the kitchen. There was a lot of noise, 2 windows behind a standing closet. It felt like we were in a dungeon. We asked the front desk if they have any upgrades available, but there was nothing free at that time. Unfortunately, we checked out the next day and booked a different place for the same price but way nicer, for the remainder of our trip.

Location is great. Nuevo León Metrobús station is right around the corner. An Ecobici station is less than half a block away. Water pressure is great, hot water flow pretty quick. Kitchenware and silverware are provided if you’d like to cook. Laundromat is available, self-service, fairly priced and takes credit cards/Apple Pay (tap the UP arrow on the Clip POS to activate contactless when prompted). There’s an elevator. Staff is friendly and available 24-hours. Getting an invoice (CFDI) was painless, the reception staff took care of it. Definitely recommend for solo or couples. Pretty spacious and comfortable.

My only concern would be the glass door to enter the room; it is thin and noise seeps out and in. Also would’ve liked a fan to be available since there is no AC in the room.

This could be lovely, needs a damn good clean and some basic maintenance. New blinds!

Location is good. Studio was well-appointed. Staff were all really lovely and helpful. I was really disappointed with the overall quality for the price I paid HOWEVER... I was in town at the busiest time of the year. Perhaps at half the price this would have been fine. AND if I hadn't been asked for a bond! The room had marks and scuffs and broken things that I took photos of because I didn't want to get charged. For the price I paid for one or 2 night these superficial things could have been fixed.

Marks out of the vinyl table top, broken blind cord, rubber frame around the mirror hanging off (why didn't someone just put it back on)? Towel rail hanging out of the wall in the bathroom. Blinds were see-through so the studio kitty corner could see in and we could see their bed. Scuff marks and some gouges on all the walls. Chairs and marks and stains on them. A good scrub could probably get them out.

l’établissement est très bruyant, nous sommes en bord de route. Nous avons rien dormi pendant les quatre nuits, le personnel était agréable. Il faut bien prendre en charge les nuances sonores.

Éramos dos personas y solo había una pequeña toalla, las almohadas muy delgadas, la cama no tiene colcha, solo una sábana y una cobija delgada (había una extra pero aún así se sentía algo de frío). Todo el tiempo se escucha ruido, no de la calle, sino como del mismo edificio. Un microondas se agradecería mucho.

Det var en skuffelse. Vi havde problemer med toilettet, som holdt op med at virke. Fjernsynet virkede aldrig. Internettet var hverken hurtigt eller stabilt. Der var meget støj fra andre gæster om natten og en masse gade-støj. Der var også prostituerede uden for hotellet. Hotellet var ikke særlig rent.

La ubicación , la televisión , el tamaño del loft

No tiene nada de mantenimiento, las sábanas estaban sucias , la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y se hizo una alberca, las paredes sucias falta que le den una pintada, los porta rollos de papel de baño se están cayendo , los vidrios súper sucios y los baños igual. Y el ruido de la calle es impresionante no paran los claxons a partir de las 6 de la mañana ya no tienes paz. No me vuelvo a quedar ahí jamás.

La ubicacion es perfecta, conecta con muchos lugares de la ciudad. las instalaciones son cómodas y modernas. La colonia donde está ubicada es segura.

Algunos electrodomésticos que incluyen en la reservación, por ejemplo el tipo de cafetera que ofrecen en el loft no fue muy practico, era de prensa francesa asi que no pude usarla. Recomendaria alguno más tradicional. También recuerdo que incluiria una licuadora y no estaba en la habitación que reserve.

Todo excepcional y más el trato de Janeth. Todo de maravilla a excepción de un señor ya mayor de lentes poco amable. Literalmente estuvimos una semana y nos mencionó que no nos podía dar papel higiénico porque eso supuestamente va por nuestra cuenta, si no lo proporcionó pero veo EXAGERADAMENTE innecesario su actitud y comentario, cuando tooooodas las veces que he estado ahí nunca se me ha negado el papel higiénico y siempre he recibido bien trato, ya me había tocado ser atendido por el y era una actitud similar pero esto si no me gustó, volveré definitivamente pero esperemos este señor tome una mejora en su servicio

Terrible experiencia

Me hospede 2 noches, la regadera totalmente tapada ambos días, hoy que es mi último día el baño tapado subí a terraza para usar esos baños y también tapados, baje a recepción para contarle la situación y el señor de recepción estaba echando chisme con otro señor, fue muy grosero y dijo que me podían dar una bomba para destapar el baño o que si quería podía esperar después de las 9 a que entrara en turno mantenimiento y ellos lo podían arreglar, dijo que seguro era nuestra culpa por echar papel a la taza y que si me quería quejar lo hiciera en la plataforma para que los dueños supieran los problemas del hotel. 1100 pesos la noche y uno no tiene ni un baño ni una regadera cómoda para usar?! Sin mencionar que nadie vino a apoyar con la limpieza y la hospitalidad está por los suelos.
