La ubicación fue perfecta. Hay muchos comercios cerca pero justo en una calle tranquila. Hay una plaza en la parte de atrás así que siempre hay movimiento. La habitación era perfecta para mi y el baño también. El personal fue amable, pero sobre todo las personas en la entrada del edificio y las personas de limpieza, todos muy amables. Cerca del hotel también llega un autobús directamente desde Puebla, así que es super cómodo caminar.
Un día no hubo agua caliente, así que me tuve que bañar con agua fria. El gimnasio es compartido con clases de pilates, práctico si te gustan los pilates, pero tienes que pagar extra; sin embargo, al haber clases el espacio para hacer ejercicio es muy muy reducido.

It was a perfect stay. Super friendly staff, the room was really nice with great amenities, the rooftop was a great addition. Small pool but enjoyable. Live that I was able to bring my puppy. I would gladly stay again.
They could sweep the room floor better but no dealbreaker.

La ubicacion.
No se respeto mi reservacion por booking. Reserve y pague una habitacion junior suite y me cambiaron a una habitacion double standard. Pregunte sobre esta situacion en el front desk y solo me dieron excusas.
