Las vistas parciales del WTC me decepcionaron y la televisión unos cuantos canales abiertos que se veían con muy mala calidad y sin poder usar servicios de streaming.

Excellent hotel staff, very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect. Very centrally located.

There was electric maintenance (unscheduled), which they did not inform their guests about. I then contacted the front desk and received an update that this event was unscheduled and needed to be addressed. I was told that electricity would be restored by 1PM, it was never restored throughout the whole day until late evening. It was a major inconvenience during my stay, as I was also working remotely and had to locate another area to work. The internet connection at the property was also unstable, and on my last day (of check-out), I had no WiFi connectivity to perform some additional travel arrangements.
