Perfect place to stop.over for Reggio Emilia just off the A1. Good facilities, excellent breakfast and the restaurant served good quality food. The bed was a little small for two but there was a pull out bed option. Reggio is a nice town to explore, it can be done in half a day. Try the regional sweet pumpkin ravioli pasta and cheese. Delicious

Hotel does not cater for vegetarians/Vegans for breakfast. Toaster was broken and not replaced/fixed for duration of stay (3Nights) raised as issue with reception but nothing achieved.

Issues… Not enough storage for clothing, not much variety for breakfast, tight turn out of blind exit from hotel (shrubs in the way so need to be careful of oncoming traffic). Main Issue… The hotel price that they give does not include the City Tax which they charge. Why this is not included in your stay is beyond me. You are charged €2 per person per night, for no reason. If this is a regulation it should be included within the quote for your stay. Hotels.com were very helpful with this issue so I can’t fault them and their customer service was second to none. Holiday Inn Express on the other hand need to be more transparent with charges!

The hotel is good and well located, near to the highway. We tried to dine in Reggio Emilia but we were unlucky and we were unsuccessfull on 3 tries. We dined at the hotel and the food the fitst trial was too salty. The second try was below average.

The hotel was nice and comfortable, however they overcharged me at the check-out. In the confirmation, they stated that the price includes taxes, but charged an extra 4€ tax. This reflects on the whole stay.

infrastructure needs upgrades such as AC & hot water. Staff work their butts off to offset lack of investment in major mechanical systems . Excellent breakfast Buffett, night staff amazing empathy and action to solve any issues or give advice about local area . Parking feels safe and easy . Great location to access area by car . Francisco took all complaints seriously.
