Owners very responsive/friendly
Most of the time there was parking available around the building
15-20 minutes walk from the center of Reggio Emilia.
Nice grocery shop just downstairs.
I would just suggest to make a simple map of the parking areas around the building, somehow i had to figure out myself,
So just ask the renters if they have a car and offer some parking notifications, that would be great
$$$$
