If you need a Simple quiet stay, look no further

Very easy to find Owners very responsive/friendly Most of the time there was parking available around the building 15-20 minutes walk from the center of Reggio Emilia. Nice grocery shop just downstairs.

I would just suggest to make a simple map of the parking areas around the building, somehow i had to figure out myself, So just ask the renters if they have a car and offer some parking notifications, that would be great

The room was clean and so was the linen......

It was very difficult to find ...even the locals did not know where it was....I called the owner....who told me I had to SMS or Whats App him....he did not speak or understand English....he was not on the premises and nowhere did it say it was a shared apartment in a block.....facilities were shared with several other rooms and no toilet paper.....the shower ran cold after 1 shower (there were 3 of us stayingin a triple room) there was a kitchen but no provision to make a cup of tea or coffee.....the breakfast was of poor cheap quality with only bottled water

Luogo pulito, accogliente e gestori disponibili. Direi un soggiorno positivo.

Proprietari conosciti solo telefonicamente ma sempre disponibili e gentilissimi. La zona è buona per chi arriva in macchina ed anche trovare parcheggio non è difficile. Camere pulite e zona molto silenziosa. Gradito anche il pacchettino accoglienza contenente le due capsule per farsi un buon caffè al mattino.

Il fatto di autogestire il tutto è un po' "spiazzante". Ad esempio la tassa di soggiorno è stata pagata depositando la quota in un'apposita cassettina. Ma se gli altri ospiti si dimenticano di pagare come viene gestita la cosa? Un altra cosa, il giorno del checkout c'erano dei simpatici ma rumorosi motociclisti tedeschi. La presenza di qualcuno che chiedesse loro di non fare troppo rumore sarebbe stata gradita visto che alle 6.00 hanno iniziato a fare le docce nel bagno comune chiacchierando e svegliando tutti per forza di cose.

Camera pulita e ordinata il bagno privato un po’ piccolino, ma adatto alla camera e per soddisfare tutte le necessità.

Correcto. Sencillo pero funcional, toalla limpias, secador en el baño y entrada y salida muy libre. La zona me encajaba perfectamente con lo que buscaba y muy tranquila

El baño es un poco anticuado y las camas muy pequeñas
