Great hotel at an unsafe location

Brand new rooms that were extremely clean

The hotel felt very unsafe because of the people around the front door of the hotel. It is not the hotel’s fault but people should know that the location feels unsafe.

Nice hotel close to the train station, not pricey but very good

I stayed at the hotel for just one night for a conference and I found it a very good location, central, close to the train station and not far from the center, clean and spacious room, they even have little books that you can read during your stay.

Right outside train station, 24 hour desk, own bathroom, lovely breakfast, friendly staff, aircon. Definitely to be recommended.

Aircon was not easy to operate. Hotel only opens for bookings about a month in advance...not sure why!

Just across the road from the train station

Smart refurbishment of a block just across the road from the train station, a couple of minutes walk away. My room was smart, clean and comfortable.

The downside of the location is that it's not the smartest of areas - there were always a lot of people hanging around throughout the day and it was noisy on Saturday night.

It is close to the train station.

Sustained an injury due to a sharp edged low step into the bathroom. Little concern shown when reported. Surrounding area poor, litter in front of the entrance. Poor breakfast - cold cappuccino. Silly open-ended shower, but insufficient in length so water covered bathroom floor and wet / discoloured the curtains at the window. Uncomfortable bed. Seats ripped in the lounge area. Dirty entrance carpet. Noisy at night within the hotel.

great location, right outside train station and close to town. Room was very tidy and good size.

weird smell from drains and there were lots of people loitering outside the hotel so that was a bit scary but overall not a huge turn off. one problem was we asked for twin beds but got a double bed, not a huge deal but not what we had asked for.

The bathroom reaked of smoke and the water smelled like sewer. Bathroom door could not close. The duvet had cigarette burn marks and the linen had stains also.

Great location for the train station and quite a good location for the city centre - just a short walk. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a place for storing luggage on the day of departure, which we found very helpful.

Exceptional

Excellent location for the station and access to the old town. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Very good communication prior to arrival, answering questions and helping to book restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean, comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good value for money.

The area directly around the hotel is not the best, but once inside the hotel is great. During August a lot of the local restaurants were closed for their holidays.

A good hotel with the most convenient location

The breakfast was great for the price (5€). The location of the hotel is the most convenient, just across the street from the railway station. The room was clean, spacious enough and equipped with air conditioning.
