Comfortable

The hotel staffs were kind, friendly, caring, and full of hospitality. That really made us feel comfortable. Parking place was prefect that it was a garage, near by the hotel, and free for charge. The breakfast was nice and beautiful.

Building might be a bit old. But it was perfectly clean and tidy.

Overrated on Booking

Only the location

The room was very hot and even if AC was included in the facilities they said it didn't work and asked as to open the windows. We had to sleep with the windows open which was noisy too. The breakfast was simple and the worst thing was that they didn't allow us a self-service which was very bothering and not comfortable at all because you feel that they are watching and counting what you eat.

Superb

Excellent location and very convenient at the entrance of the town near the train station. The owner is so warm and welcoming. He gave us the places to visit and bars, restaurants and shops to go to. We did all and we were not disappointed. The town is so charming and it's not really on the tourist trail so you get to experience a truly local vibe. I would come and visit the town again and would definitely stay here.

Nice people and good price/quality ratio

Very nice people at reception and breakfast. Big room and big bathroom with bath and shower and everything very clean.

Wifi was very low in my room, I had to share my 4G connection from my phone.

Great place to stay!

We had a lovely overnight stay in this beautiful little city. Albergo Morandi is perfectly located, close to restaurants and sites. The reception was excellent, friendly and welcoming with good advice on where to eat, what to see and where to shop. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast had a lot of choice of sweet and savory food with local specialties. Parking was convenient, covered and secure.

The rooms are quite old fashioned so feels a little dark and dated, particularly the bathroom. Internet code only valid for one hour. Would prefer to serve myself at breakfast rather than being served by staff

Just wonderfully…

Most welcoming and friendly host and staff. It feels like coming home. Top! Highly recommended place to discover Reggia Emilia and the places around. The city is relaxed and ideally located between to Modena and Parma which makes it convenient to visit those cities also.

Esperienza positiva e staff straordinario.

Ho soggiornato in occasione di un raduno degli Alpini e l’esperienza è stata davvero positiva. La pulizia era impeccabile, un requisito per me fondamentale, e tutto il personale si è dimostrato estremamente gentile e disponibile, nessuno escluso. Viaggiavo con un cane di taglia media, accolto con grande naturalezza e rispetto. Mi è stata assegnata una stanza ampia senza alcun sovrapprezzo. Inoltre, poiché il mio cane era spaventato dai tamburi della banda, mi è stato concesso di trattenere la stanza fino alle 12:00 per permettergli di tranquillizzarsi. Anche per l’auto ho ricevuto un’attenzione speciale: ho potuto lasciarla parcheggiata fino alle 13:00. Un soggiorno che unisce accoglienza, flessibilità e attenzione autentica verso gli ospiti, anche quelli a quattro zampe. Consigliatissimo!
