Wonderful location, absolutely central but still very quiet. The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable. The decor was high quality old world, which I liked very much. The private parking was very welcome since the hotel is located in a ZTL. You get precise directions once your booking is confirmed, then you don’t have to worry about driving there, you just need to register your license plate with the hotel once you’re there
That we have to climb into the bathtub to take a shower. I hate that, and I really don’t understand why hotels still think the majority of their guests would prefer to take a bath. The older I get, the more I worry about potential injuries

Ideal location to explore Reggio Emilia! Comfortable room/bed. Bountiful breakfast - including eggs every day, which isn’t always the case in Italy. Appreciated having a gym.

The location was good, the rooms were clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice
I found it very noisy. Trucks cleaning the road early, garbage trucks or restaurants setting out garbage. Had difficulty sleeping as a result
